美しく整備されたこのコンドミニアムは、ノースマートルビーチの北端にあります。 バルコニーからは、海と水路の限られた景色を見ることができます。 海岸に打ち寄せる海の音ほどリラックスできるものはありません！

この3階のユニットには、簡単にアクセスできるエレベーターと、ゲストベッドルームへの専用入り口があります。 新鮮なペンキ、魅力的な家具、堅木張りのように見える新しいフローリング、美しい花崗岩のカウンタートップを備えたこの広々とした禁煙コンドミニアムで、家の快適さをすべてお楽しみください。 すぐ近くにある静かで広く、混雑していないチェリーグローブのビーチは、サイクリング、日光浴、または散歩に最適です。

数分先には、休暇を完璧にするための多くのアトラクションがあります。 カロライナオプリ、アラバマシアター、ハウスオブブルースでは、パブリックゴルフ、さまざまなレストラン、アウトレットショッピング、トップエンターテイメントをお楽しみいただけます！

オートバイ、ゴルフカート、トレーラー駐車場は許可されていません（住宅所有者協会規則）。 レンタルするには25歳でなければなりません。


これは私が所有する唯一のレンタルユニットであり、勤務スケジュールが許す場合は自分で使用するために使用しています。 そうは言っても、ユニットはA-1状態に保たれ、清潔です。 休日や休暇を家から離れて楽しんでもらいたい。 ただし、ゲストは出発時に合理的に清潔なままにしておくことを期待しています。

Spring Break Mini Stay

I've come to love going to Cherry Grove beach. It's a super nice location and the beach in never busy. All the places I've stayed at are nice and well kept. I had to make sure and get the correct information on this unit as I'll be renting again. Everything was there that you needed. It's always quite on that end of the area.

Love Everything but…

Love the condo. Very clean, nice decor, great atmosphere and perfect location but it lacks in soundproofing. Was obvious when the tenants below us let us know by banging on their ceiling when I got up early in the morning to use the bathroom. Thought I was being quiet but apparently they didn’t think so.

Wonderful vacation home.

Your home is beautiful and comfortable. Just a few steps to the beach and a pool to enjoy also. Very nicely decorated with up to date amenities. Everything that I might need was provided. Fun with grands!

Great location for family of tweens & young teens! The girls could walk on the beach without us worrying! House was perfect for our needs. Far enough from the hustle & bustle of spring break at Myrtle, but close enough to enjoy the shops & history!

Wonderful condo at Cherry Grove Beach

I loved everything about this condo and will definitely stay again! Cathy really had the personal touch. She contacted me and we discussed the property and what's been done for COVID-19 in the condo and in the building as a whole. This made me and my daughter feel very safe. Also just about anything you could need at the condo was available for our use. The condo is located right by the stairs, if you don't want to use the elevator. Around a short 5 minute walk to the beach, right across the street. This was an excellent trip and we will go again!

Awesome stay!

The condo was as advertised. The owner of the condo was easily reachable if anything was needed, which it wasn't. It was directly across the street from a public beach access. It was super clean and a very great place to stay with the family! We will definitely be going back!

This condo was very comfortable, clean, and full of amenities. You name it, the owners have thought about it with this condo - we literally didn’t have to bring hardly anything other than clothes. It is also just across the street from a public beach access - very convenient! I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great spot in Cherry Grove!

This condo is clean and updated nicely, has ocean access just across the road near the end of the beach to the north and was so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. We've stayed in Myrtle many times and this is the best place we have stayed yet!

I live in Cary, NC but love the beach. I am very strict about the number of people stqying in the condo and have this monitored by other owners. I expect the condo to be left with no dirty linens, no dirty dishes, and all garbage must to taken out to the dumpster.

This is the only rental property that I own. My family and me enjoy spending time here and we take care of it, including many updates, as if it was our primary residence!
