The best spot in Stratton!

What a great spot! We loved the entire space, and all the resources provided to us. It's by far the most convenient location and we will definitely be staying there again!

Fantastic stay

We had a great time at this condo for spring skiing! It was clean and well appointed, with everything we needed. It’s literally a 3 minute walk o the village - excellent location! The pool, hot tubs, and sauna were an awesome addition. Don’t think twice, book it!!

Great Stratton Getaway!

Perfect ski condo truly steps from Stratton Village! Perfect 3 bedroom place for families with ski storage, outdoor heated pool and skating pond right out the front door. My family really enjoyed our stay and Carl was super attentive and helpful during our stay with any questions! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful condo!!!

Dump!!! Very disappointing stay. This property was not clean or properly maintained, and many of the issues were already known before we arrived.The kitchen had no working overhead lights, the dishwasher wheels were broken, the bed broke when we sat on it, the bathroom door didn’t lock, and two TVs didn’t work. The listing also said there was a high chair and Pack and Play, but neither was provided.We had to clean ourselves — the TV was covered in dust and there was old food, crumbs, and junk in and under the couch. It clearly was not professionally cleaned. Management was aware of these problems but didn’t fix them, and the compensation offered was insulting. We use Vrbo often and this was by far the worst place we’ve stayed in.

Guest satisfaction is very important to us, and we’re sorry this stay did not meet your expectations. While we respect the guest’s perspective, we’re disappointed by this review, as it does not fully reflect the circumstances of the stay or the condition of the home. The guest booked a two-night stay and contacted us after 10:00 PM on the first night regarding a high chair. Our listing notes that high chairs and Pack N Plays are available upon request, and no request was made prior to arrival. We nevertheless addressed the concern the following day. Additional concerns were raised regarding kitchen and bathroom lighting, TVs, and the dishwasher. Our on-site caretaker visited the property the next day and confirmed that all items were fully operational. Photo and video documentation was provided to VRBO following the stay. The guest also shared on checkout day that her children had loosened the slats on the lower bunk bed and that her husband had already fixed it. A follow-up inspection confirmed the slats were securely reset with no damage. After several complaints that were not supported by inspection, the guest requested an $800 refund for a two-night stay, nearly half of the total cost. After consulting with the owner, we offered a $35 courtesy credit related to the highchair, which had not been requested in advance. We manage multiple professionally maintained homes & we have great reviews.

50th anniversary getaway

We have stayed at Rising Bear before (also first floor) and thoroughly enjoyed it. That is why I was happy to see this listing even though it was a much higher fee (for off season) than our previous property we rented. Nice place

The unit is as described and pictured. The walk to the base isn’t far but a big set of stairs you have to climb which was tough with little ones. Communication with Carl was amazing. I would definitely recommend this! Pool and ice skating right outside the lodge.

It was a beautiful unit with great location and amenities.

We shared the unit with another couple and our young children and had a great stay! The owners were easily accessible and helpful. The unit it beautifully decorated, clean, and nicely appointed with all we needed and more. There were even kid friendly board games for family apres ski fun. The beds were very comfy. There is convenient shuttle service to the base of the mountain on weekends, but the village and base are a pleasant and short walk away regardless. We also took advantage of the year round outdoor pool and hot tubs to relax those sore muscles after a hard day of skiing! We’ll definitely be back!

Great stay!

Our family had an amazing stay at this well equipped, super clean condo. It was located centrally to the village, mountain and pool. The condo was comfy and inviting. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to family/friends.

Excellent July 4 Long Weekend!

we had a fantastic trip to Stratton. The condo was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, and the unit was quiet (corner unit). parking was close by in the garage. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and never crowded. it was a great home base for hiking up the mountain as well as exploring Manchester and the surrounding area. Looking forward to returning for ski season!

Amazing location

Carl, the property manager, is absolutely wonderful. Very accommodating. The location is perfect. Heated parking and a shuttle that takes you right to the village. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
