The ginormous balcony is what sold us on this unit and we were not disappointed by the size, the furnishings, or the view from the balcony. I will say in exchange for it feeling like a private extension of your living space, you give up any air movement in the evening and it can get a little warm. On the flip side, if it rains you can still enjoy your view and being outside as it is wide enough to keep you dry, even during a thunderstorm.
The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen, that I’ve ever seen - seriously everything you could want from serving platters to a crockpot. The only thing missing were nice wine glasses and this is a personal issue of mine so I pack my own when driving to my destination.
Other reviews mention that the furniture and decor is somewhat dated, and I agree, that is somewhat true, but the space is incredibly clean, well laid out and spacious. We have rented a lot of condos along the Panhandle over the years and this one was one of our favorites for sure.
