Großzügig, ruhig, Auto notwendig

Ruhig und abgeschlossen, mit schönem Schwimmbad. Toll, dass es so viele Sitzgelegenheiten gibt und der Baum vor der Terrasse tagsüber Schatten spended. Einrichtung funktionell und geräumig bis 4 Personen. Darüber wirds eher kuschelilg. Alles in allem aber sehr schön für erholsame Tage im großzügigen Garten und am Pool

Rustige plek met mooi zwembad

Mooie rustige plek. Ideaal als uitvalsbasis voor fietstochten. Grote tuin , bijna privé zwembad. Ontvangst was niet duidelijk geregeld maar na telefonisch contact met eigenaar de code van het sleutel kastje ontvangen. Met iets meer aandacht voor schoonmaak, wat uitbreiding van keukenspullen en bijvoorbeeld opgemaakte bedden zou het helemaal perfect zijn.

Splendid big garden(parc) with pool Everything you need for a selfcatering holiday is available, even little luxury’s like a fan, or a blender. More even, everything works fine. The place was very clean, and the necessary maintenance available. Extremely friendly and efficient renting staff If the beds would be better, this would be a 5 star....

Fabulous

Mas Soli is definitely on our list of places to return too. We booked both Oliviers and Cypres for an extended family vacation and were not disappointed with our booking. There was plenty of comfortable undercover seating and dining for the whole family to enjoy. The grounds offered privacy and the pool was perfect for those long summer days. There was a problem with the water and a few other minor issues, but as soon as we contacted the owner he arranged for everything to be fixed immediately and couldn't be more helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay

Beautiful very quiet location. Bernard was very helpful with some of the minor challenges we faced. 3 star on cleanliness due to outside being a bit overgrown. Inside was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

WE loved the location. Beds were comfortable. Locks were hard to work though and internet was a little weak--even a small booster would have been appreciated in that back bedroom. Also, TV is broken in back so can't connect a peripheral device. Finally, my wife would have liked the area around the outside of house groomed a bit more- especially the back with the clothes rack. Overall though we loved our stay-- thank you. JOHN

Schönes Domizil in ruhiger Lage

Nettes, kleines Domizil in ruhiger Lage, ideal zum entspannen und für Ausflüge (Orange, Avignon, Ardèche, Gardon...). Die Einrichtung ist teilweise etwas spartanisch, trotzdem ist alles da was man braucht. Leider recht kleines Bad mit wenig Abstellfläche und wenig Möglichkeit zur Aufbewahrung der Kleider (so mussten wir zwei Wochen quasi aus dem Koffer leben). Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern wären gut; die Klimaanlage erreicht die Schlafräume nicht und wegen Insekten/Eidechsen usw kann man die Fenster nachts nicht zum lüften auflassen. Toll sind Pool und Garten/Rasen.

Schönes Domizil

Ein schöner Ort zum Urlaub machen. Das Domizil eignet sich gut um verschiedenste Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen (Ardèche, Avignon, Pont du Gard, Ockerfelsen, Orange usw.) Ruhig gelegen, Caderousse ist für Bäcker und kleine Einkäufe auch gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Schön wäre ein etwas größeres Bad sowie mehr Schränke/Kommoden und Bekleidung unterzubringen. Die Küche ist klein aber funktional. Schwierigkeiten hat der Fernseher gemacht, rechtzeitig zum WM-Viertelfinale hat er aber funktioniert, danke dafür :-) Der Pool ist super.

Fantastic Stay at "Les Oliviers"

This is the third time we have stayed in this beautiful holiday home, and as each time, we had a splendid stay. Nothing is missing in this typical provence style house, it is very well equipped, clean and furnished with a lot of taste. We have especially enjoyed the new little extras that have been added since our last holiday: the gaz plancha and the wooden garden furniture on the private terrace to enjoy apéros at the end of a peaceful day. The large and very well maintained pool is a true joy to adults and youth alike. Thank you very much to Bernard who is a very attentive and thorough host, responsive and really caring for the well being of his guests! We will definitely come back!

Nice Property

To begin with - overall, we had some nice vacation! Mas Soli is located very close to Caderousse - a small and authentic French village where you can find a bakery, supermarket, cafe... It´s a self check-in and we could easily get on the property and in the house. The location is very nice with a huge outside area. There are three more houses on the property, but it is still very private and calm. Most of the time we had the pool area completely for ourselves. The kitchen is well equipped and the atmosphere of the gite is cozy with an authentic "Provence"-flair. However, some things we didn´t find quite as pleasant, i.e.: - When we arrived, we found the place quite dirty and somehow unprepared for our arrival.The terrace was covered with a lot of leaves and some dirt, the windows were quite dirty with cobwebs, the chairs of the dining room were located on the table, the floors were not properly cleaned, the beds were not prepared and some of the linens didn´t fit on one of the beds etc. - Some of the kitchen equipment were heavily used, e.g. the filter coffee machine and the water heater were strongly calcified and didn´t work properly - We had troubles with 3(!) of the four doors. The system didn´t work properly - one of them couldn´t be locked at all and the door handle of the main entrance always fell out when pulling it - The sink in the bathroom was leaking - There was a big box with brand new pads placed inside the house which we didn´t know what to do with (a couple of days later, we found some new lounge furnitures placed on the terrace which weren´t there before. Apparently the pads were for them). ... We called the local contact to address at least the problems with the doors and the leaking sink. She came by really quickly and was very friendly - but she couldn´t help really. She told us that she would call someone next day, but nobody showed up. Considered individually, all of it was not a big deal and wouldn´t really bother us if just one of it were the case. But summarized it somehow clouded the first impression and first day. You don´t want to start cleaning and fixing your holiday home after your arrival but rather expect the place to be prepared for your stay - and unfortunately it didn´t feel like that. We decided to enjoy our vacation anyhow and after getting used to it, we really had some wonderful holidays in the Provence.

Nice house but...

We had a good stay there as location, garden, house and pool are nice. Now, i found the place dirty, especially the bathroom, especially since we paid 120 euros for cleaning... Also, the linens were not fitting the bed. When i raised, the lady said they couldn’t find the right size (???!!!). Also she gave me battery for the tv control but the control was not functioning anymore as previous batteries leaked in it... we obviously couldn’t watch tv. So not a bad place, but i won’t return. I found it pretty expensive for what it is. Finally, supposedly the pool was heated but that was another piece that was inaccurate as it was clearly not...

Dream Holiday!

Great holiday! The perfect place to rest your body and soul! Nature, calm and sunshine in the very tidy, lovely and typical Mas Les Oliviers. I have spent a couple of days with 4 teenager boys (aged 16), who also enjoyed the surroundings, pool and garden. I can only recommend this Gite to families or a group of friends for a time off. The kitchen is very well equipped, and nothing is missed to start your holiday. The bikes Bernard puts at disposal are also very much appreciated. You can leave your car for a while and go to Caderousse or even Orange by bike do your shopping. Bernard is a very pleasant and responsive owner, always there when you need him. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Sejour aux Oliviers a Caderousse

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison des "Oliviers", au Mas Soli. Un havre de paix, belles prestations, propreté, sens du détail, bon équipement, déco sympa, ..... franchement, tout y était. Les 3 ados que j'accompagnais ont particulièrement apprécié la disponibilité des vélos qui leur ont permis de faire des ballades en toute autonomie. Un emplacement idéal pour les virées dans les alentours (Orange a vélo, Ales, Uzes, Avignon, Pont du Gard....). Je recommande sans aucune hésitation ce gîte aux familles ou groupes d'amis qui ont envie de visiter la Provence. Le propriétaire, Bernard Collin, est très disponible et toujours prêt a rendre service - Merci beaucoup!
