We are a family who falls in love with Karimun Jawa and decided to build our vacation home here. You are welcome to enjoy our Tipi, but please treat the house, the environments, neighbors, and surrounding area respectfully.

NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE HOUSE.
You may use the outside area for smoking.

This unique Tipi has 2 bedrooms, 2 modern baths, and everything you need... separate living room, dining room, kitchen, stove, oven. refridgerator, pot/pans, etc. etc. .. all for your convenience. The second floor has a nice street and oceanview. as well as the hill view on the back. The tipi house sit in the middle of acreage land that is securely gated.
It is very private, quiet, serene, yet not too far from all area activities.. beaches, snorkeling, diving, hiking, mangrove forest, etc.
Across from the property there is a pier that you can sit with your family to enjoy sunset and fishing.
You can also take a whole day tour boat for snorkeling and diving, on-board from this pier. Their price are very reasonable.

If you are a mango lovers, you are welcome to pick the mangoes from our tree :)
