Our daughter, son-in-law & grandkids stayed for two nights. The property was immaculate, well appointed and commutation with the owner was easy! The pool & hot tub were icing on the cake!!

For the purpose of our stay the house was adequate. However, the online pictures look much nicer than the real thing. The pool is ok, but the pictures make the outside area seem much bigger. Also, the light in the main hall bathroom was broken, making it a very dark room.

Perfect Labor Day weekend get away to watch a football game at The Rose Bowl. Much superior experience compared to staying in a hotel. The house has plenty of space and 3 bathrooms was really nice. The backyard with pool and spa was seriously the best! We walked to the Rose Bowl walking path every morning, swam and laid in the sun and saw a lot of tourist spots in Hollywood. Highly recommend this house for anyone going to an event in Hollywood or Pasadena. Gina was also incredible! Her communication exceeded expectations. Only thing to note is that there aren’t any dressers or drawers. It wasn’t a big deal - we just lived out of our suitcase and it didn’t impact our stay at all. Just a nice to know!

Great location! Beds comfy. Pool and jacuzzi awesome. Contents in the home a bit outdated and in need of repair or replacement. Gina was very responsive to our requests and quite friendly.

Wonderful villa in peaceful neightborhood with easy access to everywhere by car. Villa is clean, spacious, and pool area is really nice. Fast internet connection. The owner was proactive and easily reachable.

Perfect LA Retreat

This home in Pasadena was a great location to explore everything that LA has to offer. Nestled on a quiet street it was accessible to all the tourist hot spots, also close to the grocery store and gas stations. We enjoyed a perfect day at the homes pool which provided much relief from the California sun! Gina was an amazing host, super responsive and available! Would highly recommend this home

A delight in SoCal

The house was in a quiet neighborhood with cool eats and coffee a quick walk away. After a long day in L.A. sites and traffic, it was so nice to get the hot tub going. There was plenty of room to spread out and recharge. Host was very attentive and responsive with any questions I had.

Great pool - well stocked

Our hosts were excellent and great at communication. We had the pool heated and though our days were cold the pool and hot tub were nice for the kids. The yard is a bit disconnected feeling from the kitchen, but it worked.

We wanted a space where we could relax and visit as our group came from all over 3 different states. We were very happy with the space. This is turning into an annual trip and we would book this again. I’d recommend a patio heater for the pool deck during the fall but other than that, we were happy!

Family gathering

House is cute, has peaceful vibes. Having 3 bathrooms was nice. Everyone had room to have thier own space, backyard is very pretty and very relaxing. We were in the pool and hot tub everyday, it was a very fun time. Gina is a great host she was very helpful throughout our Stay for whatever we needed. stay

It was a nice place

We enjoyed staying here during our trip to Hollywood, Disneyland and other areas in Southern California. Gina was OUTSTANDING to work with. We had some questions about how to operate things during the stay and she was always available and quick to respond. It's well stocked and clean. Could use a little updating on the curtains and some of the living room contents but we didn't mind that too much. The appliances worked fine, the pool & hot tub were fantastic and the honeysuckle bushes smelled great when in the backyard. When the fog burns off in the morning, you can see a small glimpse of the mountains from the backyard Thanks for a nice stay, Gina.

Bueatiful Pasadena Property

We were a group of Aunts and Uncles in town for a family wedding. This house was less than 10 minutes from all the wedding activities as well as several sights we wanted to visit. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. House was very clean, charming neighborhood, beds were comfy and house was well stocked with everything we needed. Gina was excellent in her communication and checked in severall times to make sure we had what we needed.

The property was as listed. It was clean, in a safe area and in close proximity to the areas that we visited. Unfortunately the weather was too cool for us to enjoy the pool or hot tub. We would stay there again.

Gymnastics & Family Visit

My daughter, mom, sister and brother in law all had plenty of space for our trip to Pasadena for my daughter's gymnastics competition and a visit with family in the area! The house was conveniently located about 10 minutes from the convention center and my niece's home. While on our stay we visited Hollywood, Santa Monica, Malibu, Little Tokyo, and several spots in Pasadena. The host was very quick to respond to my questions/messages. We wouldn't have minded some additional towels, however, we were easily able to wash ours with the conveniently located washer/dryer. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool looked lovely but it was too cold for use while we were visiting. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!
