Very close to beach and was able to see the Artemis II launch (incredible). It was very quiet which was nice in the evening. Check in/out was extremely smooth and the host communicated promptly. Finally, the rooms were clean and ready for arrival. My only minor concern was the cigarette smell inside the apartment. I don’t smoke so I can only assume it was coming from an adjacent apartment or via the AC unit. That said, after my stay, I did let the host know and she was going to check it out so I’m confident she will address it.

had such an amazing time staying here! The condo was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a perfect vacation. And the best part — it was soooo close to the beach! Super cute place, super close to the beach!

This was the perfect, affordable place for me to spend my time in Cape Canaveral. Quiet, central to lots of fun stuff, and easy to get in and out. My host was easy to reach, easy to communicate with and very accommodating while I worked through a couple of scheduling snaffus on my part.

I can't wait to go back!

This condo made for a great base for our most recent trip to Cape Canaveral. The location is nice and central, making for a short trip to all of the nearby points of interest in Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, and the beach access is very close. I also appreciated the assigned parking spots. The property is very well kept, and we got some great rest there while we weren't out enjoying the area.

Nice, clean, and quiet. Only 2 blocks to a beautiful locals beach and I also got lucky enough to see Space X launch on the beach.
