July-August period: Reservations are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday.

A beautiful, fully renovated and bright 3-bedroom apartment located in a prestigious building called "Castell de Kafka", built in 1968 by the famous architect Ricardo Bofill. The apartment has a magnificent 180-degree view from the mountains to the sea in the west. It includes an equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with a shower, a spacious living room with a terrace, and air conditioning. There is a communal pool and garden, a concierge, and a 24/7 mobile security service.

Frais de nettoyage et administration de 60 Euros à payer à l'arrivée. Final cleaning and administration expenses (60 Euros) to be paid at check-in.

Late check-in fees. Entrées tardives taxés After (Après) 21:00 H: 20 Euros After (Après) 23:00 H: 40 Euros After (Après) 01:00 heures: 100 Euros

This is the best experience we've had. Ramon was exceptional and the place has a fantastic setup for those families needing 3 bedrooms. My kiddos are missing the fantastic and deep pool already!

Schönes Apartment

Eine schöne und gepflegte Wohnung und eine tolle Anlagen mit einem großen und vor allem tiefen Pool. Die Betreuung durch Ramon war echt super nett und schnell. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Très beau séjour

L’appartement est conforme à l’annonce. Il est très bien agencé pour six personnes. Il y a tout le confort pour un séjour au bord de la mer. Il est également très bien situé tout peut se faire à pied. Le propriétaire est facilement disponible et joignable. Je recommande à 100% cet appartement.

Amazing getaway with superb views

Ramon's apartment is absolutely amazing. The modernist building it is situated in is incredibly cool and has great history. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and very large with plenty of room. It has everything you would need for a stay including perfect WiFi and Netflix. We were 2 people but when we had 3 other friends stay for one night there was still plenty of space. The views are spectacular across the sea, to the mountains and Sant Pere de Ribes, especially during the sunset. The apartment is west facing and even in the afternoon sun, with the blinds closed, it is still very comfortable. The pool area is fabulous, and a nice place to spend time and the complex is very quiet. Obviously the apartment is situated 25 minute walk from the seafront / centre of Sitges downhill as the apartment is right at the top of Vallpineda, if you time the buses correctly it is a very quick trip into town. Coming back up the hill was no problem for us as we like walking but most people will need to get the bus (last bus from Sitges is 21.30, I think) or a taxi (max. €10). Overall its a great apartment to stay for a few nights, go to Sitges some days and stay in other days. Vallpineda has a nice shop 7 minutes walk away and a supermarket at the bottom of the hill, there is also a nice bar/restaurant called the Terraza for a chilled out drink. We would love to stay in Ramon's place again, he is a great host and we really relaxed there.

Fabulous flat. Way beyond expectations!!!

Oh yes - it's all good! The flat is amazing and will blow you away from your first moment inside. There is lots of room, good quality equipment/facilities and a lovely warm welcome. The view from the windows and the balcony is just amazing and you have to make an effort to see anything else! Ramon, who met us as arranged only moments after we called, was so kind and generous with his time and was happy to answer any queries in person or by email during our stay. The pool in the complex is just steps away from the front door, it was always a real sun trap and even the cold water-averse members of our party were in daily. The complex was designed by a famous Catalan architect, Ricardo Bofill. The flat would have accommodated a larger party than us 4 and we would consider returning with another family as there are 2 doubles and one twin with a confortable living area. Everything is quite accesible by car (5 to 10 minutes), which had everything we wanted in a small town. Idyllic beaches and lovely people. Great food to be had in a number of restaurants too. Easy train journey to Barcelona made Sitges a good choice as a base for catching some rays in combination with a few days exploring Barcelona. Train was really cheap and ran at useful times till late so you could have a really long time in Barcelona if that is what you wish. We all really enjoyed ourselves. Montserrat was a great day trip too. And a guided Kayak trip was a highlight for our 10 yr old son. We saw a jellyfish and cormorants up really close, guided by a lovely chap from Nootka. The staff there were all really helpful too and very accommodating. There were really no down sides! It was all good.

Amazing holidays for the whole family in Sitges

I stayed very confortably with my family (my parents and 2 kids for a total of 6 people) in this just refurbished modern design apartment. Everything we did expect for our holidays was there. Calmness, proximity to Sitges activities and beaches, full confort, great equipment, amazing views, helpful host (that gave great advices), a swimming pool and sun deck. We traveled with a car and distances to the beach, city center, supermarkets were in the 5/10 minutes range. We even managed to do a day trip to Barcelona with Ramon's (owner) advice on things to do and see. We will certainly return to this beautiful apartment. My kids already miss the sunny weather and the swimming pool. One of our best holidays ever.
