Great Spot for our Reinion!

Thanks for hosting us. It was the perfect spot for our reunion of high school besties. We swam, boated, enjoyed live music and lunch next door, walked downtown for a great dinner at Silo 67, hiked at Cedar park. So much fun!

This is a beautiful luxury condo. Right on the lake and close to a restaurant. Perfect location for going anywhere in Fairmont. This is definitely the best place to stay in Fairmont!

Great place to stay in Fairmont

My family and I enjoyed our stay here, everything was just as great as it looks in the pictures. Our stay was fairly short so we didn't get to make much use of the amenities, but we're already planning a return next summer to enjoy all that the property has to offer!

Family time

We were thrilled with our stay at this beautiful condo and the ability to be close to other family for celebrations. The property was clean and appropriations beautiful. Our communication with owner Carolyn was great. The only concern for some might be the sound/music level at the restaurant next door at time was rather loud, but it stopped shortly after midnight. We will look forward to another stay there in the future.

Relaxing getaway

Bachelorette party was great at this location for us 30somethings. Live music next door, plenty of comfortable sleeping options and indoor/outdoor seating options, within walking distance of downtown, and the furnished kitchen made the weekend stay great! Host had super helpful suggestions on places to go that met our needs.

Perfect for us

This property had everything we needed, inside and out. The outdoor seating upstairs and downstairs was comfortable for long evening conversations, as were all the rooms, bathrooms and kitchen. We enjoyed walking and running the adjacent trail loop around the lake and the next door pub. Fairmont is our home town and we walked downtown and we’re so happy to see how lively it is.

Great property with fantastic views and convenient location

My coworker and I stayed here four days on a business trip. The property is upscale and well appointed. The location next to the Marina Lodge was a big plus for dinner and drinks! Great atmosphere. Caroline is one of the best air b'n'b hosts we've ever encountered! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Lakeside Perfection

Memories being made

This was out 5th year staying at this property! We love it. The location is perfect. The trails are right across the bridge & the park is basically in the back yard. Perfect for walking with you fur babies. There are so many positive accommodations at this property….The living room with the view & firplace. Kitchen is huge, plenty of room for everyone! Perfect for a girl’s weekend

This was a perfect place to meet for my 2 sisters and our 4 adult daughters. Half of us live in the Twin Cities and half live near Sioux Falls. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and home for conversation, crafts and wine pairings and tasting. We loved going to the Marina Lodge for appetizers and drink. The views were beautiful. We may make this an annual event!

Cabin on the Lake

We walked into the Cabin and it was truly amazing! So clean and so well put together. We really enjoyed being able to be together in the one room with the kitchen & living room open concept - and looking over the lake. Each morning deer would come to the lake and play - it was SO relaxing and quite frankly the best long weekend we've all had in a very long time. Caroline was the perfect host - very responsive and so sweet! The entire cabin is amazing with decks on both levels, so if you wanted a little quiet time - no problem! It was nice to have the Lodge next door too! Great food and service! We are planning to go back again early summer but for longer - we truly enjoyed this property!! ☺
