Lovely house

The house was very clean and well maintained. They stocked the refrigerator with milk,vegetables ,fruit and a bottle of wine. It was a great location,the beach below was great

Beautiful Villa right above beautiful beach

Katerina was wonderful at checkin with thoughtful items (pizza for the kids as we arrived late and some groceries to get us started). Right about beautiful small and not busy Diamonti Beach…with great restaurant. Would highly recommend and would come back again.

Great place great villa

Villa excellent has everything anyone needs . Certainly need a car for sure . Beach is down a track in back garden that has olive trees . Walk down fine walk up may not suit people of age or fitness but nice taverna . Would go again , villa about 10 min drive to town .Lovly for swimming

The photos don’t do this place justice, a beautiful house in a beautiful setting above a beautiful beach, stunning sunsets and truly peaceful. A lot of thought and attention has gone in to the house, it is traditional Greek, with views of the sea and pine forest from most rooms. The doors have mosquito screens, which we used but we didn’t see any mosquitoes (mid September).We used a car to get around, no problem, the house is within easy reach of the best beaches and the town. There is also a really good taverna on the nearest beach, a very short walk from the house. People arrive by boat for lunch, which makes for a good atmosphere. The beach has comfy sunbeds and if you tell the taverna people you’re staying at the house, they’ll book beds and lunch whenever you want. They’re very friendly. It’s a lovely swimming beach. Katarina, the host, was fantastic, we had a work emergency and she was incredibly kind and helped us out immensely, for which we are very grateful. We’ve stayed in Skiathos a few times before, in modern villas and in a different traditional house, but this is the best one, location, ease and facility wise. The full fridge on arrival was a really nice touch, we barely bought anything else for the first week.

This was an amazing experience, fantastic location, as it seems to be the only house in the little bay of the Diamandi beach, although other houses exist further up, but you cannot see them or hear them. You wake up only to the sound of the Mediterranean Sea and you Enjoy the beach all by yourself first thing in the morning before the Tavern opens, which happens to be one of the best Taverns on the island with fresh seafood and dishes. The at beach is a very small beach that is accessible with a path that is just about seven minutes to walk down the hill and of course afterwards up the hill to get back to the house, which is easy to do and safe. The place is pristine and strategically located between the Koukounaries and Chora so you are in 15 minutes to Chora, to the north, west and South beaches by car. There is about five minutes safe easy to drive dirt road before reaching the house and we chose either to park on the top or by the house down the hillside. Katerina was wonderful and responded to every need. Open arrival with are a pleasant surprise for finding a refrigerator full of fruit and fresh vegetables, coffee, butter, marmalade, bread, and anything you need to survive your family for a few days and even sent her cleaning service through our shots stay. Definitely prime rental that we hope to return as soon as possible.

Magnifique emplacement

Au dessus d’une plage magnifique et assez isolée, dotée d’un bon restaurant sur le sable, la maison de 4 chambres, chacune avec une salle de bain et un wc, est confortable, facile à vivre, bien équipée et possède une vue idéal sur la mer et le plus beau littoral de l’île…

Einfach traumhaft

Herrliche Villa in Alleinlage mitten in einem Olivenhain (deshalb braucht man unbedingt ein Auto). Durch diesen gelangt man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß an einen kleinen, schönen Strand (Liegestühle und Schirm sind vorhanden). Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, der Blick von der Terrasse traumhaft. Auch für das erste Essen/ Frühstück hatten die Gastgeber gesorgt mit frischen Obst, Gemüse, Käse, etc.. Rundum ein herrlicher Urlaub! Wer Ruhe und Urlaub fernab vom Massentourismus mag, ist dort genau richtig.
