Loved our rental!

We enjoyed our stay! Only 10 minutes outside of parks! Enjoyed our own personal pool and shared water park. We did have an issue checking in. The address that was provided was for the rental property not the gate where we needed to check in. Only downside.

Decent but be prepared

The location is ideal, only 10 minutes from the Disney properties. The townhouse was spacious and pool right outside of the unit was perfect for kids. There was plenty of parking and easy access to the property with just a key code. Now for the preparation! There are 2 access points to the property, one manned and one not. GPS takes you to the NON manned gate and you can not get in. There was no instructions to go to the other gate. Also, the cleaning is less to be desired. There was hair and dirt all around parameter of unit. Also, MANY items are not included in kitchen. There's an oven but no oven mits or aluminum foil, kitchen towels, soap,, sponges, etc. Only 1 roll of paper towels and a couple rolls of toilet paper.. so you'll need to go out and buy all this stuff. Pretty inconvenient and wasteful. There are plates, plenty of pots and pans and Tupperware.

Perfect!

We spent 7 nights in this great space! The house was spotless, comfortable and close to everything. Lots of space for us and our 4 children. Having a washing machine made packing light easy and helped alleviate fears about teaching around outside germs. The pool was great to cool down in after the parks. And the larger community pool was a blast on our day off from the parks. Would stay here again fir sure.

Good place to stay. Just down the road from Disney.

Owned by Executive Villas Pros: Townhome was well stocked with kitchen necessities and towels. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and even Tupperware. The location was excellent. Just a few minutes away from Wal-Mart, Publix, and a good variety of restaurants. Loved having a private pool with a completely covered area. In a gated community. This townhome has parking directly out your front door. There are others in this community that do not have that luxury. Cons: No extra blankets. There was a sheet set and light comforter on the beds. For being so new I was surprised at the dirt already starting to show. For example, Mildew on the shower curtain, visibly dirty baseboards, and water damage to the trim in the bathrooms. One comforter had a sizable hole in it. Some towels had holes and/or snags in them. Before we made the 2,900 mile trek across the country, I left a voice message to have our pool heated and a bbq dropped off. I called back the next day and the lady on the phone argued with me that I did not call. At one point I had to cut her off and kindly say “the past is behind us can I get our pool heated now?” Day 2 of our visit a maintenance man opened our front door. He handled it well once he saw us inside but he definitely should have never opened the door. Day 4 of our visit the maid service opened our front door. Again, miscommunication somewhere as we weren’t checking out for about her 4 days. You will hear noise from people outside. If you’re looking for something quiet and private this isn’t the place. It is townhome living. Our stay was good. I’d stay there again.
