The community offers a great amenities package for the whole family to enjoy, including a sports area with a sports court and golfing area! Storey Lake offers residents a luxurious place to live with a fun community for them to experience the great outdoors and the beauty of Florida.

The clubhouse will also feature a lazy river, putting green, and so much more. This is going to be one spectacular addition to an already beautiful new resort community near all of Orlando's favorite attractions, such as Walt Disney World.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

*Additional parking is on the side of the streets. They are scattered throughout the community. All parking spaces, with the exception of single-family homes, are first come first serve. Any overflow cars will need to find a parking spot in the community. Overnight parking is allowed but not at the clubhouse.

* Barbecue / Grill: rental for $70 + taxes, minimum for the entire stay. We provide one propane tank– If applicable, it needs to be requested 3 days before the check-in date.

* Pool Heat / SPA: rental for $35/day + taxes, must be for your entire stay. When applicable, it needs to be requested at least 5 days before the check-in date.
Keep in mind this is not a jacuzzi or hot tub, it is a spa with no independent temperature control, so the temperature of the pool and the spa will be the same. Please note we take no responsibility if any problems occur with the pool heating system.

* Please make sure to put all waste in trash bags (13 gallons or larger) before dumping them into the trash bench located by the front door. Do not move the bench to the curb.

* Please, contact our office for package delivery information.

* Forgotten Items Policy: If we locate a forgotten item, we will be happy to assist the guest in arranging its return. However, we cannot take responsibility for forgotten personal items, their recovery, or any potential losses during the process. We strongly recommend that all guests thoroughly check all areas of the property before leaving, including drawers, closets, under the beds, inside bedding, and other potential hiding spots.
If the item is found, we will contact you. The guest can either pick it up personally or choose to have it sent via postal service, subject to a $30 fee + applicable taxes and shipping costs.
