Perfect Port A Condo

Loved staying here! The garage was massive and the vrbo pictures definitely don’t do this place justice! The house was perfect and closely located to everything in Port Aransas! Thank you James for a great stay the only downside is the stairs but I would stay here again without a doubt! We could even see the firework show from the balcony!

Roomy, nice pool, garage, close to everything. Only drawbacks were the need for pillows, and a more comfortable queen mattress. The stairs are a deterrent if not physically able to climb many.

A kitchen for cooking!!

Lovely place! A fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Super comfy couch! TV/streaming all channels. Great location on the island. Pool was clean and well kept. Easy to store our beach valuables and also park in garage. Comfy beds. Bring BUG SPRAY!!!! Nothing specific to the place. Port A is having a horrible year when it comes to mosquitos. It’s island-wide.

Nice Vacation Spot

This is a nice place to stay for a weekend at the beach. The condo was clean and spacious enough for the four people in our group. The bed in the master was a little too soft, but if you prefer soft mattresses, then that shouldn’t be an issue. The smaller bedroom was cozy with a memory foam mattress. The living room sofa was big and comfortable enough to sleep on. There were flying insects that seemingly were nesting in the outside fan. They were docile, but we couldn’t use the fan when sitting outside because they would fly everywhere. Nothing that an exterminator or even some good wasp spray couldn’t take care of and I didn’t see any other insects or evidence of infestation of any kind inside the condo. The kitchen appliances all were in working order and we cooked a big batch of food on Friday to eat throughout the weekend. The refrigerator worked well for storage, but the freezer door kept coming ajar after being shut several times. If you stay here, keep in mind that there are two flights of stairs and pack strategically. We just kept our beach stuff and cooler in the garage. You could fit two mid size vehicles in the garage and it was nice to have the added security. Each room had a TV and DVD player. I suggest to bring DVDs as the WiFi was a bit spotty. This is a convenient location, near a CVS, gas stations and local shops and super close to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great space!

We really enjoyed our stay. The patio balcony was a great hangout. The condo was spacious. We loved having a 2 car garage and plenty of room to store all our beach gear without having to track sand inside -- we could leave it all in the garage The hose right outside was great for washing out/off beach items as well and our dog loved the greenspace between our condo and the one next door. It was gated on one end as well. Despite overlooking the pool, the community was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay there again. The only negatives -- time for an exterminator. A roach crawled across my daughter's face while sleeping and there are ants on both the upstairs/downstairs patio areas and in the master bathroom. Might want to do some checkups on your cleaning staff as well...the fridge had lots of leftover food in it as did the cabinets. This may contribute to the bug issues. Also, the floors and bathrooms were not up to my level of clean, but were adequate. These few issues wouldn't keep us from renting here again. We loved the proximity to town. See you next time!

Pretty good, but needs some attention

Ants and roaches were present in the kitchen mostly. Just need an extermination. The bottom level garage door opener either doesn't work or it's difficult to know how to operate it. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Perfect place in the middle of town!

Place was just what two couples needed to have an amazing time in port a! Had everything we needed, even a margarita machine! 😄😄 Will be renting this place again for sure!!

Great Place

James made the process of reserving this condo very easy. He was very quick to answer all my questions. The place was all it was advertised as. My family enjoyed being able to walk to “town” and enjoyed the swimming pool. The property was stocked with dishes, pots and pans, linens, paper goods, and cleaning supplies. Will reserve with James again.

Better than the pictures

The place is awesome and in a good location right in town and close to the beach. Make sure to bring bug spray because there are mosquitoes, but obviously that's not the owner's fault.

Graet location amd professiona;;y managed

This place turned out better than the pictures give it credit for. The grounds and pool are beautiful. There is ample size in the unit for 4 adults and two teens and two dogs. Location is great - c;lose to grocery store, surf shops, etc. Very short dive to the beach, or within walking distance, as well. Best part is the manager who is easily accessible, and very responsive of any needs. For instance, we had a little trouble figuring out the TV, but he was available on the weekend to walk me thru it. One thing I think should be in the listing - the couches in the living room do not fold out. Not a deal killer for us, but worth noting. I definitely recommend this unit.

Some of the thing to do during your visit include sandy beaches, surfing, off shore fishing, bay fishing, jetty fishing, pier fishing, surf fishing, parasailing, dolphin porpoise watching, bird watching, boating. sailing, golf, and so much more.
Come hang out at our Gulf Coast townhome condo where like so many of our Las Palmas visitors we are certain you will find your way back year after year.
