Bright airy apartment on 5th floor

A simple one bedroom apartment very close to train station with wonderful view of sea from small balcony - perfect for morning coffee. Kitchen is small, but workable for small meals - would have been nicer to have the broken dishwasher working.

Great vacation in Menton!

The apartment is very sunny and bright, well furnished and with a great location in beautiful Menton within few minutes walking from the train station, bus station, the beach (you can actually see the sea from one of the balconies - in the living room and the bedroom) and the supermarket is right around the corner. Both rooms have air conditioning and there is an elevator in building. The owner is very nice, on time and always responded within minutes. Thank you!

Comfortable, clean and near train station

Jean Christophe's apartment is very well located - near the local beach, shops, station and a pleasant walk to the beautiful old town / Sablettes Beach. The apartment is very bright, spacious and clean with a balcony with a sea view. It is on the 5th floor but there is a lift which is great for taking up luggage and shopping. The only thing to note is that the description of the kitchen says it has an oven but there is only a microwave (perhaps lost in translation!). It wasn't that hot when we were there but the air con and fan would be great in warm weather. The apartment block is very quiet and well maintained. We would not hesitate to re-book if we return to Menton.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It is in a perfect location within the city. The apartment is spacious and full of light. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had enough cooking equipment and dishes.JC was very responsive to any messages.We highly recommend this accommodation!

Bonne literie.Toutefois, quelques améliorations à réaliser et communiquées au propriétaire, à savoir barre de douche et thermostat HS, grille pain à changer.Il serait préférable d'investir dans un canapé convertible (en cas de 3ème couchage) , plutôt que laisser un matelas collé au mur dans la chambre , pas terrible !Mettre des fenêtres double vitrage rapport au bruit de la rue.Bref, une location Bien qui pourrait être améliorée rapport qualité/prix.

Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas au rendez-vous. Pas de lave vaisselle, pas de four mais uniquement un micro ondes. Pas propre dans l'ensemble, canapé très sale, grille pain inutilisable. Il manquait beaucoup d'ustensiles au niveau de la cuisine.Problème climatisation, problème porte d'entrée.Point positif, l'emplacement, le propriétaire est réactif, mais il aurait été préférable que tout soit en etat dès notre arrivée.Cette location n'était pas faite pour une longue durée ( 15 jours )

Bon emplacement proche de la vieille ville, de la gare et des commerces. Appartement conforme à la description, bien équipé. Hôte disponible et sympathique. Seul bémol, avenue bruyante lors des nombreux passages des 2 roues en particulier la nuit.
