Excellent place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wood Haven was a beautiful log cabin. The pool and Play scape was a bug hit with the kids. Attention to detail with sitting areas all over the property. Sitting under the beautiful oak trees while watching a beautiful sunset was a highlight for the adults. Also the kitchen was furnished with every thing we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We are going to make this our yearly family gathering spot.

Family Wedding

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great family get together. We rented two houses and attended a wedding in Log Cove at Ceder Pines. The house was lovely. There were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. There is a broken towel holder in one of the bathrooms. The pool heater was broken and was not fixed until the last day despite repeated phone calls.

If you could let me know which house you had the broken towel holder I will be sure to have someone go up and make sure it is fixed. As for the pool heater, as soon as we got the part in to fix we were able to get it up and running for you. We hope tht you all will be able to join us again. LCC

4 night stay at Woodhaven

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We checked in at 4:00 pm on a Friday. Even though we requested heating of the pool, it was not heated. Staff came out as soon as we called, but it took until the next morning to heat. Our only other complaint was the number of flies. Perhaps a mosquito service would help. We have stayed in the house in previous years and bed linens appeared to be the same in the master bedroom—showing wear.
VrboOwnerからの返信 (投稿日 : 2021 年 6 月 29 日)
Linda: We are truly sorrow tor the pool not being heated upon your arrival. As for the mosquito's the have been bad everywhere in the Hill Country this year. We have had so much rain early (which is a good thing). We do hope that you enjoyed your stay in the Wood Haven and we hope to have you all join us again in the near future. Ellen

Fantastic Trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great time at Log Country Cove! We rented two houses for a church retreat. It was really easy to book and the leasing office was very flexible (we originally reserved three houses and were able to change to two when I realized less people were going to come). Everyone had an amazing time. The houses were clean and in great shape overall. This property is great for gathering big groups of people. There are a lot of options to choose from in terms of house sizes/rooms. We could walk to the lake area and were able to use things like canoes, kayaks, paddle boards etc. Everyone really enjoyed that and liked just relaxing in the adirondack chairs and hammocks around the common area. The kids also enjoyed the pools and playground equipment. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Log Country Cove for big groups!

Perfect for Our Family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was perfect! We have 4 adult kids. The groom was comfortable in the bedroom off the kitchen for the first couple of nights. The two older boys with 3 little ones each were happy with their separate sides of the upstairs. They each had their own space with bathroom. The loft between the two large bedroom upstairs was perfect for babysitters we brought since all our sons were from out- of- town and involved in the wedding. The bedroom s downstairs worked well for Mom and Dad ( the old folks) and my daughter. She shared her bathroom with the babysitters. The little ones loved the pool, playground, and exploring by the river. Mini-golf was a hit. We have absolutely no complaints! We brought more kitchen utensils than needed. Everything was there.
