Perfect for a business trip

Location location location

This is our 2nd time staying here. As always, the place is clean, quiet, and just the right space for us. It’s a short drive downtown. Several amazing restaurants close by. Tim is an amazing host and I highly recommend staying here.

Great place

While the property is dated it is in very good shape. It is very clean and was decorated nicely. The host was very good with communication and that made for a very relaxed stay. The property while out of the city was located just a short distance from everything you would want to do.

Comfortable & Convenient

This space was perfect for our 4 night getaway. Everything about the space was wonderful. If going to downtown, I’d recommend to purchase a rental car if you don’t want to order Ubers or take local transit. We took the Uber route, which was fine, but maybe purchase a rental car for a visit next time!

Perfect Get-away

Tim’s place was everything you want in for a quick getaway. It was clean, cozy, perfectly located. Close enough to everything without being right in the middle of it all. Tim is quick to respond and was so helpful from check-in to check-out. Having a private entrance and parking is such a bonus in Nashville! Thanks for everything Tim!

Perfect spot close to downtown

If you’re looking to stay super close to downtown this place is it! I am always skeptical about short term rental places b/c they never look like the pics but this place was even better than the pics! Super clean, comfy bed, tons of extra linens and towels, hot shower, TV, we got good use out of the coffee maker, etc. the location felt safe for two women traveling and in a cute neighborhood. I left some clothes behind after we checked out and Tim was gracious enough to leave it for me to come back and get. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to visit!

Wonderful Stay in Nashville

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property in Nashville for one night, and it exceeded all my expectations. Situated on the second floor of a charming house, the accessibility was not an issue at all. The host was incredibly accommodating, always communicating promptly and ensuring every need was met. From fresh towels and toiletries to plenty of snacks and water, every possible amenity was provided. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable, adding to the enjoyment of our trip. The ambiance of the place was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Nashville. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Great little place

We enjoyed our stay at the McIver cottage. There were several little thoughtful treats left for us. The king size bed was quite comfortable andtheplacewasverycleanuponourarrival. Although there was no kitchen, the mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave worked just fine for our purposes. Tim was very accommodating and had no problem when I requested to extend our stay. A note to mention is how to access the rear of the house for the 2 parking spaces. If you're not familiar with these Nashville alley ways, it's a little hard to figure out. I definitely appreciated the sensor lights on the stairs leading up to the unit as it's pretty dark at night. Overall, Tim was a great host

Great place to stay in Nashville!

Property was very nice, clean, maintained. Tim is fantastic with communication and making sure we were well taken care of! Pretty close and easy drive to downtown as well, I’d definitely stay again or recommend to anyone else I know needing a place in Nashville!

Couldn’t be more perfect

Everything about this property is amazing. The location is a very nice, quiet neighborhood close to everything in Nashville. Our room was clean with thoughtful details. Check in was very smooth and our host was so kind. I will be coming back and will recommend it to my friends.

Great place to stay with 2 or 4, if you want to be close to Nashville downtown. Very clean and spacious with great communication from the property owner throughout the stay.

Quaint and Quiet

Perfect stay right outside of downtown Nashville. All of the major attractions are less than 15 minutes away and the house is a great spot to relax!

Perfect location and great host!

Great getaway

Nice, clean, and simple living space. Perfect for an on-the-go adventure to come back to. Quiet neighborhood and close to Broadway! We recommend if you are a couple enjoying the area!

Nice place, very cute. Great communication with host. Was a little stuffy, he immediately turned down air to make us more comfortable. Responds immediately. Very nice, friendly and helpful. Would recommend this property.

Hey! My name is Tim. I do several things here around Nashville and have been here a collective 10 years! I'm in real estate as well as a freelance designer and songwriter. I love traveling and meeting new people, so I love having a VRBO space. If you like and/or love donuts we'll be great friends.

The house is in a hot neighborhood that has lots of new construction and renovations happening everywhere, but is still SUPER quiet and quaint. And to top it all off, it is a super easy straight shot into downtown and easy access to all the major hotspots from here!
