Tim’s accommodations were exactly as noted, it was perfect for us. Very comfortable all around, and it was a short Uber ride to Broadway. The accommodations were very clean and we had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to our questions and privacy was never an issue. We will stay with Tim again in the future if the opportunity presents itself. Thanks for everything Tim.

Great place to stay in Nashville!

Property was very nice, clean, maintained. Tim is fantastic with communication and making sure we were well taken care of! Pretty close and easy drive to downtown as well, I’d definitely stay again or recommend to anyone else I know needing a place in Nashville!

Couldn’t be more perfect

Everything about this property is amazing. The location is a very nice, quiet neighborhood close to everything in Nashville. Our room was clean with thoughtful details. Check in was very smooth and our host was so kind. I will be coming back and will recommend it to my friends.

Comfortable & Convenient

This space was perfect for our 4 night getaway. Everything about the space was wonderful. If going to downtown, I’d recommend to purchase a rental car if you don’t want to order Ubers or take local transit. We took the Uber route, which was fine, but maybe purchase a rental car for a visit next time!

Great place to stay with 2 or 4, if you want to be close to Nashville downtown. Very clean and spacious with great communication from the property owner throughout the stay.

Quaint and Quiet

Perfect stay right outside of downtown Nashville. All of the major attractions are less than 15 minutes away and the house is a great spot to relax!

We enjoyed our weekend in Nashville. This place was perfect for a quick 15 min drive to downtown or centrally located for the other great neighborhoods in the area to explore!

Wonderful Stay in Nashville

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property in Nashville for one night, and it exceeded all my expectations. Situated on the second floor of a charming house, the accessibility was not an issue at all. The host was incredibly accommodating, always communicating promptly and ensuring every need was met. From fresh towels and toiletries to plenty of snacks and water, every possible amenity was provided. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable, adding to the enjoyment of our trip. The ambiance of the place was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Nashville. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Great place!

Nice place, very cute. Great communication with host. Was a little stuffy, he immediately turned down air to make us more comfortable. Responds immediately. Very nice, friendly and helpful. Would recommend this property.

Great place to stay

My wife and spend three nights, we enjoyed our time here so much. Tim is so nice to work with, he answered all of our questions promptly. Quick Uber ride to downtown, but lots of fun restaurants close too. Bed was so nice and comfortable, which is a big plus!! We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town.

This space is PERFECT for couples who are looking for a relaxing get-away to Nashville. It's also great for small groups of friends or families coming in to check out what we have going on here. The house is in a hot neighborhood that has lots of new construction and renovations happening everywhere, but is still SUPER quiet and quaint. And to top it all off, it is a super easy straight shot into downtown and easy access to all the major hotspots from here!
