Bill and Donna are the best hosts! They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable home away from home… they set up a Christmas tree for our family stay during the holidays! They checked-in - to see if we needed anything. The house is well stocked with essentials and nice to haves. There’s a new sectional that is super comfortable and the ottoman/coffee table was a hit for games with our little guy. Further I think they got new appliances in the kitchen- which were really nice as well.

The house was beautiful and very well supplied. A short walk to the sound beach area/dunes and plenty large driveway for 2 trucks/trailers. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will look at booking again in the future.

We had a great time at this beautiful home with a View of the water. It was more like being at home than in a rental. If you own a dog, it is perfect with a screened/fenced backyard and plenty of places to walk. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Nags Head Family Vacation

We had a great trip to the Nags Head area, including our stay at this fantastic beach house. Matching the description the hosts provide, the house is a perfect blend of old-school beach house with modern amenities. The location is great, minutes from the Jockey Ridge beach which our kids loved, and still close to some great local restaurants we tried while in town. Our hosts were very easy to get in touch with, and even reached out a few times to make sure our vacation was going well. Would highly recommend a stay with younger kids, they loved the property.

We were happy with the accommodations. Our dog was very happy. My son enjoyed the jet tub. We found several things to do while there. Including the beach.

Wonderful Retreat

Beautiful home clean light filled very close to water in a quiet neighborhood near stores and beach Provided what was needed to use at beach and also had things to accommodate children such as highchair stroller and pack and play They also provided bikes and fishing poles which we didn’t use but others might find useful Owners reached out to make sir we were happy with our stay

We had an amazing stay with our 3 dogs. Property was very clean and perfect for our dogs. We were able to do a lot in the area as well as relax on the property.

Well-appointed house near Jockeys Ridge

We had a wonderful stay, all three generations of us plus our golden retriever. The house was very comfortable for the six of us plus the dog, and well-appointed with dishes, cookware, beach equipment, and enough bicycles for us all! The location near Jockey’s Ridge and across the island from Cottage Row was great, and the sunsets were spectacular.

We love this house!

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children stayed here for 4 nights and it was wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone. It was very clean and fully stocked with wherever you needed. The view of the sound from the decks was amazing. The fenced in backyard was a plus, too. The owners were very prompt to answer any questions we had. Plenty of parking. We will definitely be staying here in the future. Thank you Bill and Donna for allowing us to stay in you home.

OBX gem

My husband and I hosted my daughter's family of 5 with 3 dogs. House was very clean and had just about everything we needed. The only thing missing was soap in the showers. Some small hotel soaps would have been nice. Kitchen was well equipped, yard was fenced for the dogs, neighborhood was quiet. Beautiful views of the sound right in front of us. Just a quick walk to Soundside beach and about a mile to public access on the ocean side. I highly recommend this rental!

Great stay!!

The property was very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Home had a nice backyard for the dogs. However if you have a sneaky small escape artist dog be careful because the wire of the fence is not tacked down and my little guy tried to get under it. He was on a lead the rest of the trip! Great location right in the sound. Very peaceful. Would stay again!

Great location!

Easy close beach assess. Watch gorgeous sunsets over the sound from one of the two front decks. Very comfortable accommodations with thoughtful, kind hosts.

Happy Holidays at the OBX

Donna and Bill did it again- wonderful hosts with the most! They even had lights and a tree this year!! Their home is so well stocked for anything and everything you need - we appreciated how we didn't have to worry about bringing anything extra- when we were already bringing our dog and a toddler! Great location for a first time stay on the Outer Banks

Great week at the beach!

We had such a great time here for our beach week. We enjoyed the sunsets, they were incredible and the backyard was perfect for our pups! We won't hesitate to stay here again when we return to the area!

Magnificently relaxing views

We so enjoyed this home and the wonderful views from the decks. All the comforts of home, beds were super comfy, the neighborhood quiet and the hosts were outstanding. We had constant and positive communication before, during and after our stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
