Bright loft in the center of the country with beautiful lake view.

The apartment, nuovissma construction, is located in the town center, very close to all amenities.
It 'a lovely attic on the third floor and consists of a spacious fully equipped kitchen that overlooks a large, bright living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living area overlooks the balcony from which you can admire the whole show that the lake holds. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with double bed and another with two single beds; Both rooms feature large windows and spacious wardrobe.
The bathroom has a modern and comfortable shower.
Characteristic of the house is wood that can be seen in both the exposed beams in the floor.
For the little ones there is a comfortable bed.
IMPORTANT
bed linen and bath towels are extra cost
10euro a person for all period ,to pay by cash at chech-in.

Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Cleofe hat sich sehr große Mühe gegeben, diese Schwierigkeiten zu klären und uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm, wie möglich zu machen. In Cleofes kleinen Laden bekommt man alles, was man zum Frühstück braucht. Insbesondere die frische Wurst war sehr lecker und der Preis sehr fair. Die Aussicht auf den Comer See ist ein Traum.

Top Wohnung und Vermieterin

Die Wohnung übertraf unseren Erwartungen. Die Sicht ist phänomenal. Einkaufen bei Cleofe im Erdgeschoss ist natürlich perfekt. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Sehr positiv, würden jederzeit wieder bei der Vermieterin unseren Urlaub verbringen. Ist eine vielseitige Gegend zum Wandern, Radfahren, Baden, Bootfahren und Ausflugsziele.

Ein gelungener Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung und einer netten Vermieterin

Wir waren Ende Mai 2016 zu Gast in der Wohnung und sehr zufrieden. Im EG ist ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen welcher von der Vermieterin geführt wird. Klasse, jeden Morgen frische Brötchen und lecker Schinken, Käse, Butter und Milch. Der Frühsport ist auch gesichert, die Wohnung ist im 3 OG wodurch sie einen tollen Ausblick über den See garantiert. Das Jugendzimmer ist der kleinste Raum, zum schlafen aber ausreichend. Eltern Schlafzimmer geräumig, Bett okay. Direkt von der Haustüre starten Wander- und Bike Touren. Zum See braucht man ein Auto ebenso für größere Einkäufe. Pizzaria gegenüber und uriges Restaurant in 20 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen, allerdings stramm bergauf. Für uns war alles genau passend, der See war um diese Jahreszeit mit 17° zu kalt zum Schwimmen. Aber die Wanderungen traumhaft!
