this was an amazing condo to stay in the check-in and check out process was so easy and accommodating, the rooms an entire condo was so clean and updated then to be able to walk right out of the patio onto the grassy lawn and then overlooking the beach was just amazing. We will definitely be booking here every year

Perfect beach rental

The location was perfect, close to the ocean and close to the pools. We really enjoyed our stay, and the resort had a lot of fun activities for the kids. Property was clean, but there are a few things that could be upgraded in the bathrooms. Overall loved it!

The pictures were nicer

We loved the location. The master bed had a stain like some animal or drunk person peed on the side of the bed. The bathroom smelt like mold. I think they got water from the lastest hurricane. The trim and baseboard was chipping off paint.

What a beautiful property!

My husband and I stayed at Waterscape with extra room for our grandchildren who were also here with their parents. The facility was so very clean, inside and out. Check in was a breeze and the owners were extremely informative and helpful. The pools were perfect for the grandbabies ages 6, 4, and 11 months. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Condo for a Great Vacation!

This was our first visit to the Destin area and it did not disappoint! The condo was perfect and so convenient being so close to the beach and on the first floor. The kitchen was well stocked (including a blender, crockpot and toaster oven!), the daily activities at the pool deck were great and the beach was amazing! The beach service was easy to use and the guys were super helpful. Parking was easy, even with a large SUV and it was easy to get to Publix and many local restaurants and sites. I would definitely recommend this condo and complex. We had the best week!

Amazing!

If you have the chance to rent this property you will not be sorry. We visited for my son’s senior year high school spring break with some of his friends and their families. A102 is located steps from the pool and the beach. Because it's on the corner we also had room to put up cornhole boards outside our sliding door. The resort is very clean and there is plenty of food within walking distance. We spent all our time at the beach so I can’t comment on the pool but the teens loved relaxing in the hot tub. We hope to visit again and will definitely look to request this unit!

Fall break getaway

The property was the perfect location especially with little kids. The bathrooms, counters, floors were all cleaned well. In my opinion the place could use a deep clean as the walls, doors and baseboards are pretty dirty. The curtains and quilts/shams either need replaced or professionally cleaned as they were quite dirty as well. Nothing that kept us from having a good week. A company owns this property so it does lack the personal touches other condos we have stayed at have, such as no family board games which is nice on rainy days. Checking in and out was simple and they were easy to get ahold of and very friendly!

A wonderful stay!

This is our 3rd year coming to A102 and it won't be our last! The condo was perfect, a new fridge and new couches!! Being on the ground floor is key when traveling with kiddos and this condo had it all! We love coming back year after year and can't wait for the new memories that will be made next year! Thank you Costal Vibes for another great year at the beach!

Disappointed.

We booked this property a year in advance because of the location and amenities on the property. We were EXTREMELY disappointed on the cleanliness when we arrived. The shower has stains and film that was cleaned w/ a wipe. Stains on the walls, food splatter in kitchen, the baseboards need paint or to be cleaned. Hair wads on the worn down rug in living room. Old food in bunk bed area. The doors had areas of black stains from dirty hands and fingerprints on almost every door. It was gross. I emailed manager w/ pictures. They sent a cleaning guy who asked “show me where I need to clean”. I showed him a few spots but there were so many… it wasn’t “let us clean again” but show me what you want me to wipe up. The company sent donuts but didn’t check to see if we were satisfied. Furniture — the living room furniture was cloth and worn down. They did replace during our stay w/ vinyl. The pictures showed 2 loungers and 2 chairs on porch. There was only 1 lounger upon arrival. I let them know. Halfway through they added 3 chairs. No more communication. The dryer door rubs the metal shelving in laundry closet. The dishes were in various locations and stacked however. They have multiple multiple properties. This was very much a business. If it wasn’t for the location and pool — we may have just packed up. We have had much better experiences staying at older cleaner properties like El Matador or a hotel! This was like staying at my brothers college apartment or frat house.

Perfection

My husband and two young children spent quite a bit of time actually inside the condo due to bad weather. We felt right at home. Had everything we could possibly need. And loved the layout. We've stayed in other Waterscape condos and the location of this one is by far the best. Not noisy, close to beach and pool. We even enjoyed our little front yard playing football and bubbles. The condo was clean, well furnished and we felt it was a great value considering the prime location. We will pick this exact condo every time! Very thankful to Coastal Vibes for such a great vacation.

Best Condo Ever!!!!

A102 was absolutely perfect and we will def be making another trip back this year. the weather was a little chilly at times but the beach is literally like 50feet from the balcony and you at right next to the pool as well. This was the best condo we have ever stayed at as far as convenience and you can just roll your wagon and cooler straight up on the balcony and we never had to use the elevator which was a huge win when you are trying to haul around multiple kids. We DEF recommend this condo for adults and kids of all ages. My oldest actually started crying when we left and begged to stay another week.

I have stayed at several rooms on this property. Its not my top pick for my next visit. The condo could use some upgrades on the sofa/sofabed. The master bed needs a new mattress. They need to get rid of the picnic table outside and add just table and chairs. Needs more bath towels.

Thank you for a great stay

The amenities of the property are excellent for families. Our kids loved the pools and the lazy river. The beach was a little crowded at times, but ok considering it was spring break. The unit was a great location on the property.

Closest property to the white sandy beach and the pool.

We had a great stay in Okaloosa Island. This property has everything you need. We have stayed at beach front properties many times and this is the closest to the beach and to the pool. Great location!

Great Stay!

It was all around great! Our whole family from our youngest at 1yr to mother at 63 had a great time. The washer broke when we got there and I panicked. They had someone on it the next day. It was unable to be fixed so they sent a new set over promptly and got it installed right away. The location to the beach plus more then you can imagine around. It was really a great vacation! A102❤️

Love Waterscape

We love the waterscape property for the kids and how we feel safe letting them run about the pool area. The ground floor level is always a must for us to just be able to walk right up to the room with all our stuff. A102 is a great update room and is our 3rd year in a row there!

Perfect beach front condo
