Welcome to the heart of nature in this beautiful property, consisting of a detached gîte of 75 m2, all on 5.5 hectares of land with horses and a private stud farm 200 meters away for riding lessons.
* Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included.
The property is set on a hill with a 360° view. Plenty of space, no visual or noise pollution: absolute calm in a healthy, serene environment.
Close to all amenities within 5 minutes: market, supermarket, restaurants, river... and tourist attractions within 15 minutes: Saint Emilion, Pomerol, châteaux, cellar tours... Intermarch é Drive or Leclerc Drive 10 minutes away for shopping.
The 85m2 single-storey, air-conditioned self-contained gîte sleeps 5:
*Large air-conditioned living room: Sofa, 2 massage armchairs, Tv, wifi
*Dining area: Table and 6 chairs
*Fully-equipped kitchen: Electric hob, dishwasher, fridge, oven, plenty of storage space
* Bedroom 1 double bed 160x200 with wardrobe
* Bedroom 2 double bed 140x200 + bunk bed 90x200 with chest of drawers
*Bathroom with bathtub
*1 separate toilet
*Washing machine
*Terrace - Table and chairs - Parasols - Deckchairs
*Swimming pool 12x6 m, salt treatment, 1.25 m deep, with safety gate + electric shutter (shared with the owners, open from mid-April to mid-October, weather permitting).
