アパートは16世紀の宮殿にあります。 歴史的なブレシアの中心地、最も重要な美術館（ピナコテカトシオマルティネンゴ、サンタジュリア美術館、ムセオデッレアルミアンティーク）の隣にあります。 徒歩圏内には、ローマ時代の遺跡、劇場、古い広場、街を見下ろす中世の城などの息をのむようなスポットがあります。

Simona was wonderful to deal with. The apartment is a treasured family possession with a lot of history, and it adds to the experience of being in a city, like Brescia, that has such a wonderful history. It really gives you a much more immersive and unique experience. Check-in was simple. Communication was great. Apartment was immaculate and lovely..

Fabulous experience

It was a very special experience to stay in an apartment steeped with history in such a great location in walking distance from all the historical sights of Brescia. The hostess, Simona was very helpful and very knowledgeable and had thought of everything to make our stay very comfortable. We will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful apartment in the best location

This was such a wonderful apartment and my experience was excellent. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Simona is very sweet and communication was great, she greeted me with so much kindness and was very friendly. I am very happy with my experience. Location was perfect, right in the middle of the city but on a very quiet street. It is across the street from the music conservatory making it even more beautiful walking out to opera singing. I highly recommend and look forward to coming back.

a nice italian week in Brescia

Arriving by train and being picked up by our host. Our host Simona was very courteous, lives in the same house and we could ask her for all the informations we needed.The appartement was exactly how we tought it would be after looking the photos, very clean, big we had everything we needed. 10 minutes walk to the old city center of Brescia, 3 minutes to the next bakery and all the other things to see very close. we could come back.

Lovely, unique setting in close proximity to all of the best of Brescia

This is a beautiful apartment, situated in a quiet area very close to most of the things you want to see and do in Brescia. The host (Simona) was wonderfully accommodating and warm. The apartment was very comfortable (except, at times for the heat - it was very hot in Brescia when we were there; there is no air conditioning in this apartment; but many fans were available which made the heat manageable). The artwork and furnishings are fabulous, and we felt like we were stepping back in time and staying in our own "mini castle". The host provided coffee, water and a variety of breakfast snacks, which was appreciated. We very much enjoyed our time and feel like we could have lingered longer in this wonderful space.

This apartment is an absolute treasure

We parked our car in the courtyard, and with the assistance of Simona, were shown into one of the most incredible residences I've ever seen. Artworks line the walls, rugs on the floors, a knights helmet in the fireplace! It's sooooo fancy! Simona is a lovely host; warm, kind and helpful. We stayed for a week during summer 2023, and while is was hot, there are plenty of fans provided - and the neighbourhood is dead quiet at night, so there are no problems leaving the windows open for some fresh air. There are loads of bars and cafes nearby for a morning coffee and you're only a 5-10 minute stroll to 100's of restaurants in the historic centre - which is where you'll find a 2 story supermaket, with very high quality food. We loved out stay in this beautiful city, and even more beautiful apartment - it appears that next time we go back, it may be for good.

Wunderschön! Genauso hatten wir es uns vorgestellt! Wir wurden sehr herrlich von Simona begrüßt...alles wurde erklärt. Das ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht, ist super. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar...Museen, die Innenstadt, Restaurants...Es war alles sehr sauber, kleine Aufmerksamkeiten lagen bereit und die Fotos sprechen einfach nur für sich! Wenn man eine ganz besondere Übernachtung in Brescia sucht...dann dieses Apartment! Wir sagen herrlich DANKE für Simona s Gastfreundschaft!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement war einfach unvergesslich! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir ganz herzlich von Simona empfangen. Ihre Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft haben den Urlaub gleich noch angenehmer gemacht. Das Appartement selbst ist ein wahres Juwel: Es ist stilvoll eingerichtet mit einer perfekten Mischung aus Komfort und italienischem Charme, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung und der Service waren perfekt, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Durch die Klimatisierung konnten wir auch bei größerer Hitze sehr erholsam schlafen. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig in einer kleinen Straße, dennoch zentral nur wenige Minuten von der lebhaften Altstadt und Dom entfernt. Brescia hat zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten, die wir gut zu Fuß erkunden konnten, weil das Appartement so zentral liegt. Mailand und andere Städte haben wir ganz bequem mit dem Zug erreicht. Simona war während unseres fast 3-wöchigen Aufenthalts äußerst hilfsbereit und aufmerksam und hat uns viele persönliche Empfehlungen gegeben. Insgesamt war es eine perfekte Mischung aus Komfort, Authentizität und sehr großer Herzlichkeit und der ideale Ort, das italienische Lebensgefühl zu erleben. Es war für uns einer der schönsten Urlaube seit Jahren, der durch dieses wunderschöne Appartement noch einmal ganz besonders gemacht wurde. Wir können es jedem empfehlen, der das authentische Italien erleben möchte und nach einer stilvollen Unterkunft sucht.

Wunderbarer Kurzurlaub

Wir waren zu viert in diesem schönen Palazzo. Man schläft wie in einem kleinen Museum, toller Parkplatz, sehr gute Zentrumsnähe. Simona unsere Gastgeberin war stets hilfsbereit zur Stelle wenn wir Fragen hatten, vielen Dank, können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Schönes Brescia

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön, wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt, die Lage in der Innenstadt läd zu vielen Spaziergängen ein. Museen haben uns gut gefallen. Auch konnten wir mit dem Zug viele Ausflüge einfach unternehmen. Abends war es sehr schön wieder in das Ruhige Brescia zurückzukehren.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit sehr netter Vermieterin

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Kurzurlaub in Brescia. Die Unterkunft ist so schön, wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Unsere Vermieterin war super freundlich und gab hilfreiche Tipps. Die Stadt und der nahe Lago du Iseo sowie die schöne Stadt Bergamo sind interessante Orte zum Erkunden. Barbara, Tom und Jonas

Dolce Vita in Bella Italia

Wer das städtische Leben in Italien liebt, findet hier ein sehr authentisches und einmaliges Domizil. Das Leben in historischen Räumen und Möbeln lässt einen die Geschichte der italienischen Palazzi spüren. Zur äußerst geräumigen Wohnung mit zwei Bädern gehört auch ein langgestreckter Balkon zum Innenhof hin, auf dem man abends den Tag bei einem Glas Wein reflektieren kann. Wunderbar! Simona, die Vermieterin, wohnt direkt nebenan und ist sehr herzlich und behilflich. Unser Auto und die Fahrräder konnten wir kostenlos und sicher im Innenhof des Palazzos abstellen. Brescia ist eine Reise wert. Mit den vielen Plätzen, Straßencafes und kulturellen Angeboten steht die Stadt bekannteren Orten in nichts nach. Ganz im Gegenteil: Diese Stadt ist noch nicht von Touristen überlaufen und die Preise in den Restaurants laden zum Essen gehen ein. Mit dem Auto ist man ganz schnell am Gardasee (und abends froh, wieder in Brescia zu sein), der Iseo-See und der Idro-See bieten sehr interessante Ziele in den Bergen. Die Woche in Brescia hat und sehr viel Freude gemacht, wir sind eingetaucht in das typische italienische Leben und haben uns treiben lassen. Man fühlt sich nicht als Tourist, sondern mehr als Bürger dieser schönen Stadt. Die deutsche Sprache haben wir unter den anderen Reisenden jedenfalls nicht gehört. Einen herzlichen Dank an die Gastfreundschaft von Simona.
