The property and units are beautiful. The service/concierge is not acceptable. Long hold times on the phone, not able to connect.
Upon check in the front desk girl was rude and did not want to help us, as we were having an issue with our room reservations.
In the end it was all worked out as the owner put in a request to the room control team, however, it ruined our first night and we were not able to fully unpack our bags until noon the next day.
We also did not get an overview of the property, restaurants, shuttle service etc., we had to figure all of it out on our own.
I would expect a much higher level of service upon check-in for a property like this. The service at the pool was nonexistent, we had to go to the Oasis pool to get the level of service we were looking for, and once we found out about the Oasis pool!
The restaurant closed at 6:00?! I don't understand why they would not be open later for dinner and they tend to start pacing up earlier than 6:00.
Not sure if I would go back or not.
