18世紀の古い農家でシャンパーニュの中心に位置するギテ。この宿泊施設は、エペルネ（13km）、シャロンアンシャンパン（17km）、ランス（30km）の近くにあります。
この独立したコテージは、キッチンの1階にあり、暖炉とトイレ付きの大きなリビングルーム（50m²）が備わっています。床には3つの快適な部屋（160cmのベッド2つ）、バスルーム2つ、トイレ2つがあります。

Family Holiday

We had a lovely relaxing stay here with our daughter, son in law and grandsons. It’s appeal was the enclosed garden with pool in a quiet location although it is only 15 minutes from Epernay, 40 minutes from Reims and 90 minutes from Disneyland Paris. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and also on site if you needed anything.

Wonderful week

We had a wonderful week in Gite Athis. The guesthouse is a large accommodation with a well-equipped kitchen, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Outside was a beautiful garden and a pleasant swimming pool. It was clean and quiet. Olivier and Francoise were very nice hosts. The WiFi was great: good enough for streaming videos, Netflix, etc. The only thing missing, in the living room: a comfortable sofa.

Wonderful stay in Champagne

I can highly recommend this wonderful house in Athis in champagne. Beautiful garden, very nice rooms in the house and great pool, which both kids and adults enjoyed a lot. Living room is less cozy, but we eat outside every day. Very friendly owner of the house, who helped when needed. The garden/house is like a small oasis in a small village, fine suited for trips round in Champagne, but there is nothing in the city itself (no shops or restaurants, just a small bakery), so you have to drive to everything. Although very nice experience to celebrate national day fireworks (July 14th) with the entire village - really impressive.

Schöne zwei Wochen

haben wir in Athis verbracht! Das Ferienhaus befindet sich als Nebengebäude auf einem großzügig geschnittenem Anwesen in einem süßen, kleinem Dorf. Unsere Gastgeber waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie bewohnen das Hauptgebäude, das von der Straßenseite aus zu sehen ist, waren aber während der Zeit auch einige Tage verreist. Wunderbarer Pool! Noch ein kleiner Hinweis: im August waren einige der Restaurants und Bistros geschlossen, weil in Frankreich zu dieser Zeit ebenfalls Ferien sind. Dennoch konnten wir unsere Zeit dort sehr genießen!

Beautifully renovated house in the heart of Champagne

The hosts gave us a warm welcome and were always around for any little queries. The house is beautifully renovated and pristinely clean with comfortable beds and good bathrooms both with powerful showers. Kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery etc. A large living room looks out over the beautiful garden and lawn within the courtyard which is secured by an electric gate giving safe off road parking. The living room would benefit from more comfortable seating than the wicker sofa and armchairs currently in place. We enjoyed swimming in the pool which was a great temperature. Right in the middle of the grand cru and premier cru region it is a great spot to travel around champagne tasting and buying for the return home. Overall, highly recommended.

Een topweekje

Een mooi ruim vakantiehuis. Netjes onderhouden, ingericht met antieke meubeltjes. De keuken is een beetje ouder maar van alles voorzien wat je nodig hebt. De kamers zijn zeer ruim met comfortabele bedden. Het verwarmd zwembad is een topper. Ook een schommel en een pingpong tafel zijn beschikbaar. Uitstapjes genoeg en niet ver weg. Helaas hadden wij geen geluk met het weer, maar hebben ons er niet verveeld!

Tranquility in Athis

Beautiful and well maintained property in the peaceful village of Athis. The house is clean, bedrooms spacious and modern bathrooms. The downstairs is all open plan, but this worked for us. Olivier and Francoise were welcoming and dealt with any queries promptly. Things to note: - the garden is quite ornamental, so if you want to play football or ball games there is an excellent playground, recreation centre 5 minutes walk away - the pool is 1.2 metres deep thru out so if you have young swimmers do bring buoyancy aids - the hosts live in the building adjacent, but give you plenty of space, occasionally watering the plants things we enjoying doing - tasting champagne! - cycling along the Marne Canal - visiting light house and twisty trees in Verzy - exotic bird centre but mainly relaxing and splashing in the pool :)

A relaxing oasis of calm

We booked this house as we wanted a quiet spot from which to explore the vineyards near Epernay. The location was only 20 minutes from Epernay, 20 minutes from Chalons-en-Champagne, and 20 minutes from the vineyards at Verzenay which suited us perfectly. The house is a very good size with all the facilities we needed. Having the pool was an added bonus and we swam every day. Olivier and Francoise were perfect hosts, and Olivier spoke excellent English which was very handy as my French is rather basic.

Champagne Bliss

We had a fantastic stay here. Francoise and Olivier went above and beyond in their efforts to ensure we had a wonderful holiday. The swimming pool was a real treat in the intense heat during the heatwave. Sitting out in the beautiful courtyard quaffing champagne every evening was heavenly. It's quiet and relaxing. Épernay is only a short 10 min drive away. Supermarket 5 mins in the car in Tous sur Marne. Could not recommend this property highly enough. Very memorable and enjoyable. Merci beaucoup et "Sláinte" d'Irlande. :)

Spacious, quiet and private house. Great pool. Centrally located; lovely hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay with Francoise and Olivier. They were very welcoming and helpful throughout. The house is lovely and set in nice gardens, with a great pool. Athis is perfectly located for day trips throughout Champagne. We even comfortably managed a day trip to Luxembourg. We recommend this property as a good venue for a group/family holiday. Spacious, private and secure. And well equipped and furnished.

Excellent.

Stayed here with my son and his family and had a very enjoyable stay. Living accommodation was excellent; the swimming pool was a great life saver as the weather during our stay was in excess of 35 degrees. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; we were even able to negotiate an additional nights stay. Very, very quiet, which made relaxing very easy.
