Amazing resort and water park! Spectacular views! Wish our condo had a balcony but excellent views from community pool and fire pit !

Westgate resorts

Great experience, the resort staff was friendly, resorts amenities including the free water park passes, activities, trolleys everything made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. Owner was very prompt with her responses.

Wonderful but not the best check in process

Check in is really the only complaint! It was horrible finding parking and check in lines were crazy long!

Big resort amenities, small resort feel

The staff is welcoming and friendly. Best of all, we truly did have all the "owner" perks. Despite being a large resort, they make each guest feel like they are the priority. Communication of resort information and events was frequent and helpful and responses to questions were quick and courteous. The waterpark was fun and was clean and well-staffed. Be advised, though, this unit is located at the top of the resort, requiring a lengthy drive on winding resort roads to get to your end point. We arrived at night, so it was a tad tricky to navigate in the dark. Since this unit is so far from the main lodge, plan on bringing food and drinks up with you as there are no vending or food options up that way other than ordering a pizza for delivery. This is a great rental to consider if you are visiting Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.

Will be back for sure. Host was amazing and really gave me the room that I was looking for since I’m afraid of heights. Property was spacious, everything we requested Westgate delivered more soap, more towels … we saw bears at the property which made so special. Westgate is between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so it’s close to everything. Thank you Briana we will be back.

This was a last minute rental. We did not get the room that was posted on VBRO. The resort was clean and the water park was amazing. I feel the information that was posted was extremely misleading in regard to the room specifications.
