Nice Pool area

The pool area was nice and the services and the staff were also very nice, specially the lady that cleaned our condo. The bed was comfortable but the blankets were very thin and the AC was too low and we couldn’t change the temperature. There was also no shampoo or hair conditioning. The interior is very outdated. It needs some new paint and the popcorn ceiling removed. It just didn’t have good energy inside. The furniture is also too old. I think if the owners could update the unit it would make it a nice place to relax after a long day of fun. Oh yea the faucet also needs repair g. It squirts after you open it.

Aruba vacation

The property is amazing! The resort recently renovated the pools and the entire property has the expected tropical vibe. The restaurant has a good variety to choose from on the menu. The restaurant staff is top notch. The individual rooms need updated as previously reviewed, but unit is clean and replenished daily.

Pleasant surprise

This was my first time visiting this resort. And I must say that everything about this place exceeded my expectations. A very resort feeling to it. The only thing that was missing was the beach. I the restaurant and service were amazing. Low key atmosphere. I would highly recommend and will stay here again in the future.

Beautiful and relaxing property

Overall had a wonderful stay. The property is gorgeous just be prepared to go to sleep by 9pm. The property gets dead silent not much going on or around the resort. Not a terrible thing, we left out to the bars which are open till about 1am. Everything is fairly close 20 min walk to beach, restaurants and bars, or a 5 minute drive. We tried going to dinner Monday night at 8:35pm and we were notified the kitchen had closed early that was disappointing, having to leave to find dinner elsewhere. Lots of space and very clean, the view of the pool from our balcony is lovely. The bed is very comfortable and we definitely appreciated having to full bathrooms. Just be prepared for more than incidentals and resort fees. Some kind of government tax was added at check in. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Nice venue

Overall amenities were very good. Property is not new but well maintained in the common areas. The condo is a bit dated but overall it was an enjoyable place to stay.

Wonderful First Stay in Aruba

We loved everything about our stay! We were just a few minutes from the busier side of the island, and it was perfect for quiet and relaxation at night. The two pools, restaurant, and the staff were wonderful from check in to check out at the resort

Comfortable, quiet and relaxing spot. Free shuttle to/from Arashi, Palm & Eagle Beaches. Three minute walk to Catholic Church (Mass in English at 11am on Sunday; daily Mass M-W-F at 6:30pm in local language). Nearby bus stop.

Not an Owner, Timeshare Properties Broker

First of all, the reason that I always rent from VRBO is because it is a Vacation Rental By Owner and I always know exactly what I am getting before I get there. I was told by "the owner" that "thank you for your interest in my rental property. It is currently available for your travel dates". Then after we arrived, we were put in a subpar condo, One Bathroom with loud exhaust fan, NO patio No Balcony No table only a walkway, broken drawer on Stove, and so on...we called "the owner" x 2 and wrote to him on the VRBO ap asking him to call me and giving him our phone number. HE NEVER CALLED BACK. The front desk the next day denied knowing him (he is a broker that sells the timeshares that are available) so, they do know him! 4 other people had booked from him and also did not get what they were promised. The Front desk Staff initially stated that we would need to contact him to get another condo. We showed them pictures and correspondence stating we rented a One bedroom, Two full baths, Balcony with private table and chairs off of main room. Finally, on our second day at 3 PM; we got a floor level room with patio after spending 4 hours and 3 attempts at looking at other rooms that were occupied or the door would not function properly or there were dirty sand bags surrounding the patio. The grounds are small, pool clean and well kept, minimal entertainment of BINGO, really rude Security guard Frank who refused to allow an 8 year old boy to throw a soft football Nerf in the pool (completely allowed by rules) but allowed the adults to float in large floats with drinks in their hands (not allowed by the rules). The front staff said to allow the child to continue throwing the ball. The Pool Staff/pool towel attendant is Fantastic, The bartenders are fantastic, the Housekeepers are fantastic. I do not believe that VRBO should allow Brokers of timeshares to perform Bait and Switch operations on VRBO site. We should be able to book the rooms listed, photographed and charged on the site. I have repeatedly asked to be reimbursed for the 2 days that we had to fight for what we booked. We never got the balcony room we booked. There is no recourse on VRBO so I will probably not book on here again. Sadly this tainted our stay in Aruba. My father died in August, my mother in law is very sick and this was our opportunity to get away and enjoy ourselves for our Anniversary. "the owner" finally wrote back a few days later and ignored my requests for refunds

The condo was clean and well maintained. The grounds were clean and well kept…. This place is nice for the price! The staff was very friendly and attentive. It is about 1 mile from the beach area so a car is a plus. It was a great home base for us since we went all over the island with so much to explore

Great place to vacation.

The property was older but very well maintained. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. There were some issues but they were addressed and corrected within 24 hours. Pools and grounds were clean and well taken care of. Would definitely visit again .

Caribbean Palm Village Resort is unique since it's not a beachfront property yet guests receive beach privileges & free beach chairs at Pelican Pier which is located in the heart of the world famous Palm Beach.

The resort offers free beach shuttle service which picks up & drops off at 3 other beaches as well (Moomba Beach, Arashi Beach & Eagle Beach) where beach chairs are available to rent. Every beach on island is public so you are welcome to swim & sunbathe where ever your heart desires.

The resort will also provide free daily housekeeping, fresh beach towels daily and there is FREE WiFi all over the property including inside of the rooms. Concierge services are available every day to assist with any reservations. The front desk is open 24/7 and happy to assist in any way possible.
