Prime location residence "The BEACH", 10 meters from The Lavandou's fine sandy beach, close to all amenities, the harbour and the city center, is the best accommodation to spend your holidays ! This residence features a private garden and parking, a tennis court and a petanque court.
Lovely cabin studio apartment on the 4th floor (with lift) can accomodate up to 4 people with a living area of 23 m² and a terrace enjoying a nice sea view. Entrance hall, cupboard, shower room with toilet, sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (80 cm). The living room is fitted with a double bed (140 cm), a TV and an equipped kitchenette(electric burners, fridge/freezer, micro-waves, dishwasher, washing machine, small oven). WIFI, Air conditioning. Parking space n°8. Additional visitor's tax. Rated 2 stars.
