Great stay!

The house was a perfect size for our family of 5. It was in a great location and we really enjoyed the use of the golf cart and beach supplies. We would stay here again!

Wonderful Weekend

Absolutely beautiful, spacious place. Very convenient (golf cart and bikes included) to the beach and pool. Extremely kid friendly!!!

My 60th Birthday!

My family and I came to celebrate my 60th birthday! We enjoyed everything about the rental. It was clean, comfortable, and had beautiful decor.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay with the exception of a flat tire on the golf cart that took about 5 hours to have repaired. The closest beach access at Deer Lake State Park was closed and we only found that out after we were sent check in instructions. The condo was very nice and was a great fit for our family vacation time.

Could use a deep clean

The size, layout, location and amenities were all great; however, the biggest issue was the general cleanliness of the unit. The floors were absolutely filthy, slip covers stained and insects swarming both doorways.

Good house, poor maintenance

The house, the structure of the condo is very good! However the cleaning of the house and the maintenance is very bad. On our first day of stay we had to wash the linens as they were dirty and the kitchen utensils we also had to wash to use. There were not enough towels for all the guests. Under the beds a lot of dust, it was not cleaned, a clogged bathtub that we had to use unimpaired every time a person showered. Air conditioning in the rooms was not freezing, there was water leakage in the kitchen ceiling and drawer in the broken kitchen cabinet that we fixed as it fell on one of the guests.

Family Beach Vacation

House is very nice brand nw , located in a new development. Pros: Super clean, quite, plenty of space for parking, and a well equipped kitchen. The shopping and dinning area called “The Hub” is across the road, and is a great place to hang, hear live music, and have a drink. Cons: Direct TV was out of service, but we were able to access our YoutubeTV account. The Wi-Fi is OK, but hard to access upstairs. While the kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots and pans there are no spices (salt and pepper) for example. Which isn’t a big deal, but would have been nice to know going in. Finally it wasn’t made clear what beaches you have access to. Watersound has some great private beaches, but this location does not get you access, so you are limited to the public state park beaches. Again not a big deal, but would have been nice to know up front.

No Access

Waited over an hour trying to get into the residence on day of check-in and code did not work called twice and finally got a new code that did not work either. Finally maintenance got us inside and later said a locksmith would be coming out to fix the door. Unfortunately the locksmith never showed and we could only access the residence through the garage which was inconvenient. Beach access is terrible and far. You have to pay for Deer Lake access and there is never any parking. Others are further and not convenient for kids riding bicycles because everyone can’t fit on golf cart with beach items. Overall the house is nice but I won’t be staying here again.
