We would like to clarify that our listing does disclose that the property consists of three sister cabins. The photos and descriptions accurately depict the size, layout, and exterior of each cabin. We understand that privacy is important when planning a mountain getaway, and we regret that the activity of other guests affected your enjoyment of the shared outdoor areas, including the fire pit and pond. Regarding the creek flooding, mountain weather conditions can change quickly, and rising water levels are sometimes unavoidable. Guest safety is always our priority, and we understand how frustrating it can be when weather affects travel plans. As a local company, we know our rental properties firsthand and are always available to answer questions and provide accurate information to help guests select the property that best fits their expectations.
