Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location of the resort. We were happy about them having a shuttle to the parks. The place has everything you need and we plan to stay here again

Perfect Stay

I cannot say enough about this resort. All staff is so kind, helpful and respectful and the grounds very clean. We had a 1 bedroom condo and it had everything we needed. The resort is wonderful for kids with plenty to do. I would highly recommend this resort.

Property was great. Wasn’t fully ready when we got there (no TP, trash bags) but Publix is so close it didn’t matter much.

A Perfect Getaway

We had a lovely time! The room was clean and just the perfect size. There was so many great amenities all over the resort and Barbara was very helpful with promptly answering any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely be back for our next vacation! Thank you Barbara!

Home Away from Home

We enjoyed our stay to the max despite the short stay we had. We were able to use Buccaneer Bay at no cost for the duration of the stay and our kids were able to use the zipline, splashpad, rec room, and I was able to enjoy the jacuzzi tub even though I could not make it to use the hot tub. Would recommend to everyone to stay!

Perfect weekend

Amenities were great, good size for 2 people, quiet area. Only thing was I was excited to use the bathtub but the jets didn't look very clean. Other than that, absolutely recommend this resort

Clean and quiet

This property was exactly what I wanted. The resort seemed to have mostly seniors but if you brought your kids there were several things for them to do. However, no kids were in my area and the peace and quiet was welcome.

Good Community Activities

Overall the room was cozy and the communities was quite fun. The only improvement i would suggest is the TV and the ability to watch more such as Netflix etc.

Beautiful Condo

We loved our stay at Summer Bay! Barbara’s 1 bedroom condo was spacious, clean, well equipped with everything we needed, and we had a great time. I traveled with my mother and my 1 year old son. The resort provided a pack and play for my son that was like new! The resort pools, hot tubs, restaurants, and pool bars were great! We enjoyed the balcony and I loved the large jet tub. We look forward to our next stay!

Very Clean & Comfortable

I stayed for 2 nights. Great location & plenty of amenities. The only concern I had was the shower/jacuzzi. It is difficult to access especially if you have any physical limitations. Otherwise, I recommend this place.

SUMMER BAY

The resort was great, wonderful staff every helpful and attentive. Some area of the room weren't cleaned as well as we wouldnhave liked. Mainly the bathroom in particular, the tub/ahower area required some additional cleaning which we did ourselves by hand. However, beyond that we enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay at the property again.

The most magical vacation

This beautiful property was not only spotless and clean, but had amazing amenities for the price. The room was equipped with everything you can think of whether you wanted to stay at the resort or venture away to do other things. It came with all the kitchen gadgets to make a meal, all major appliances to make your stay even more comfortable. It came with the washer and dryer for your convenience, especially when traveling with a large family for more of an extended stay. Barbara was very attentive kind and prompt. She accepted to stay within minutes and any questions that I have for her. She answered quickly. I truly appreciate this stay and it goes down in the books as one of the best vacations ever. Thank you, Barbara.

A few things in condo needed repairs. Electric outlets in bathroom and on back porch. Called for service but no one came to repair.

Comfy Cozy

This was an amazing well needed stay. When we arrived it was after midnight but the check in process was smooth. The only thing I can say is that they should let you know where to find the WiFi password up front. The room and view was amazing. The cleanliness of the property was spot on. The only thing is the main door was open seems all night and the light was on causing the bugs to accumulate. Some got into the room but nothing a fly swatter didn’t take care of. I look forward to my next stay here. Just to get away for the weekend and relax. This was truly one of the best vacations I’ve had in a long time.

Great location, nice amenities

This condo was very convenient to Disney parks. The unit was clean and quite comfortable. We stayed two nights, but I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the numerous amenities.

Great Stay!!!

We had a great time staying here!! The room was clean, cool, in great condition, and customer service was wonderful. The view off the back balcony was awesome! Quiet for the most part. When there are others in the area just outside the door, it is quite loud, but only at that time. We didn't hear the people above or below us. Only downfall to the actual condo was that the bed was lumpy. Not so bad that we couldn't get to sleep, but definately could use a nice mattress topper. The pool was great and the Bar and Grill right by it was a lot of fun. We didn't make it to the other pool and play areas in the resort, but they looked great too. We were in Florida for the parks, so the only hard thing was the shuttle times. I am so grateful that they even provide shuttle service to both Disney and Universal, just the pick up from the park times seemed a bit early. When driving though, the parks were a max of 25 mins away, so the proximity was wonderful. There was a grocery store less than a mile away, and there was a trail that you could walk on to get to it. There were resturants at the resort, but also places to eat very close outside the resort. Thank you Barbara for letting us stay here. We would love to stay here again our next trip to Florida!!

Great value

Great stay overall, check in was a long process especially after driving 18 hours but is not the host fault it’s the resorts. Also wish there were blankets I had to go to Walmart and purchase one since I didn’t bring one with me. Place was very clean and well equipped. Loved the tub. Great location.
