24時間営業のフィットネスセンター、ホットタブ付きの温水プールでガラス張りになった温水プール、クラブルームのオフィスエリア、コミュニティ全体およびプールエリアでのバーベキューグリルなど、桟橋付きのライブフィードソルトウォーターフィッシングポンドの隣に新しく改装された1階のコンドミニアム、ビーチまで徒歩5分です。 自宅のようにくつろげる家具、プロパティ内のWi-Fi、割り当てられた駐車場（パティオの前）、プロパティの後ろの洗車エリア、ボートの駐車場が利用できますが、オフィスで登録する必要があります。 これは、2019年現在の新しいリストです。シュリッターバーンウォーターパーク、ビーチのボブホールピアに近く、桟橋から釣りを楽しめるレストランとバー、素晴らしい地元の飲食店、ショッピング、エンターテイメント、大都市の快適さはほんのわずかです数分。 ポートアランサスは、深海釣りのチャーターやレストランが水上にある短いドライブです。 私たちはビーチタオルを提供し、ビーチバギーのレンタルは近くで利用可能です。 リラックスして、太陽を浴びて、思い出に残る思い出を持ち帰ってください。

This condo was a lovely place to stay just right for a getaway. So easy to access. The beach is like at the most two minutes away. Be sure to pick up a permission tag at any H-E-B or stripe stations. I will be staying here again very soon.

The condo was very nice, it was clean, had clear check in/out instructions, helpful info about local places, and the owner was very responsive. It was a great spot that was walkable to the beach and convenient. Highly recommend!

Great stay

We celebrated a birthday at the beach while visiting. The beach was location was great, the unit we stayed in was awesome and our host was very helpfull during the entire visit. We definitively will come back.

While visiting North Padre Island in 2014 we purchased this property. We just love the beach, fishing and exploring. We have had this property under a management company and have now decided to take over the bookings ourselves. We choose Beach Club due to its proximity to the ocean and its amenities. We live in Colorado and enjoy our time on the island as often as we can.
