ラバウナージュの小さな村の中心に最近改装された素晴らしい家は、魅力と信頼性が保たれています。
これらの大容量のモダンと素朴さの組み合わせに感謝します。 それは学校、そして村の市長の時代でした。 庭には、かつて村の女性たちが使っていた壮大な石造りの洗面所があります。

夏の石の新鮮さと家の広いリビングスペースは、減圧、リビングルームの涼しい場所で、プールのそばで本を読んだり、小さなものでかくれんぼをしたりするのに理想的です。
シャワーとトイレが付いた3つの大きなスイートと、2室のダブルベッドルーム、さらにシャワーとトイレが2階にあります。
スイミングプール（9x6x2）を使用すると、実際の長さをして、子供たちと遊んで無限の時間を過ごすことができます。
一日の終わりには、庭の真ん中にあるボウリンググリーンで、ムーアや地元のロゼワインを楽しんでください。

徒歩2分のレストランバーパティオでは、朝はパン、夏の夜はおいしいピザや肉のグリルが楽しめます。 夏には毎日村の周りで、さまざまな市場の庭師が地域の製品を販売します。
土曜日の朝は、重要なソミエール市場を通り過ぎる時間になります
。
一日の終わりには、静寂が支配するブドウ畑とオリーブ畑の周りにあるこの典型的ではない小さな村を散策します。

Beautiful property

We stayed here for a wedding nearby. The property was better than pictured, really well equipped and very comfortable. Ronan was incredibly accommodating and was on hand for any help we needed. Thank you very much.

Great stay at Combas

The property was great. Better than the pictures. Good for a group as several large living spaces and dining areas, plus everyone had their own good-sized bedroom. Kids loved the pool and trampoline.

Really really nice house, everything you need is there, or can be asked for. The host is very friendly, he is accessible without being too present. The town is absolutely charming, the people try to give you a welcome feeling. We really recommend this place!

Beautiful home and outside area with amazing attention to detail

We were a party of 9 adults and had a lovely week in the beautiful village of Combas. The house is a building of great character but has all necessary mod cons. Many happy hours spent playing boules and ping pong and relaxing by the pool

Perfect for extended family

We, an extended family of twelve, had a lovely time in this well kept and charming house! The garden is wonderful! Apart from hanging around the big pool, we also tried some activities in the area such as canyoning and parcour. The host Ronan is very friendly and welcoming, so communication works very well!

Amazing Holiday Home

The home exceeded all our exceptions. It was wonderful. Couldn't have asked for a better place to send time with our family and friends. Great place for children and adults. The decor was beautiful. The place was spotless. The hosts were quick to respond to all messages. I hope one day we can return.

Best holiday ever!!

Brilliant from start to finish! Such a stunning place to stay for all the family. We LOVED the accommodation, the character of the property, the outside spaces, the pool was AMAZING… everything about it. The games room was perfect for the evenings. The location, close to Nimes and Sommières, was beautiful and easy to find. The village of Combas is picturesque in every way. And a huge thank you to Ronan, Becky and Megan for such a warm welcome and letting us stay in their beautiful home.

Amazing property

We spent a fabulous week in this amazing property. The interior is extremely spacious, with so much space for the 9 of us. The kitchen and dining areas were large and well equipped, similarly, the bedrooms and bathrooms. The decoration and period features made the whole property a joy to be in. The outside space was perfect with several seating areas, including an outside table big enough to seat us all. The pool was large and inviting and very well maintained. All in all, a fabulous property and would recommend to anyone.

Great house for large family

Even better than the photos! Three of the bedrooms have ensuite baths (one of these bedrooms has an additional bedroom that forms a family suite), and the other two bedrooms share a close by hall bath. Delightful pool, and kids loved the trampoline and pool table as well. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 2 - 17). Loved the location from which we visited Nimes Arena, Pont du Gard and Chauvet Cave 2. Parking in the village was never a problem for our 3 families with 3 cars.

Great family reunion

Lovely place to rest and spend time with family. A few things to note, the parking across the street is very limited. We were able to park there 3 times in 17 days. The garage would be for a small car if you can even get it in as the angle might be difficult. We didn’t even try. Bring your own shampoo and shower soap. The house itself is well decorated with interesting elements. We enjoyed the outdoor space the most.

We don't advertise private parking because our medieval village streets make it extremely tricky to park any car of size in our garage. There is however plenty of parking options in the village within 200 metres of the house, so a very short walking distance. We have been looking into sourcing locally produced quality shampoo and shower gel for our bathrooms - I'm sorry this was not available at the time of your stay. We sincerely hope you enjoyed the basket of regional goodies which was waiting for you on arrival and the extra special wine we laid on and hand delivered to your door. The personal touch is really important to us but unfortunately the parking in front of the house is out of our control. Wishing you all the best Ronan and Becky

Wonderful, peaceful, tasteful

Amazing house with plenty of space for 2 families. The house is full of surprises and charming details, decorated with passion. While the house is old and has a great history, the kitchen and bathrooms are all modern, and the beds are very comfortable - a perfect combination. We hardly used the cozy lounge or dining room, because the best part of the house is the wonderful outdoor space, patio and pool area. Lots of places to relax - underneath the pergola, in the lounge area or in a deckchair at the pool. The kids loved the pool and trampoline. Ronan, the owner, is a very kind, helpful and customer focused host - and has a lot of passion for the place. You can feel it in every room, with all the little details and specials. We were welcomed with a chilled bottle of Rosé - what a great welcome after a long ride. Combas is a small village with narrow streets - very neat and charming, and it has a small kiosk, that sells fresh bread, croissants and also some honey, jam, fruit and vegetable. Larger villages with supermarkets and great markets are nearby. Great experience to visit the markets in Sommieres and Quissac (just 10 min away). 45 min. to Montpellier, 20 min. to Nîmes, 50 min. to a great beach south of Grau du Roi. We so much enjoyed that week, and hope to come back some time!

Ideale pour des retrouvailles entre amis nous etions 8.Le propriétaire est aux petits soins.Tres belle batisse, tres bien equipee, tres belle deco. Les chambres sont spacieuses dotees chacune d une salle de bains, tres bonne literie ce qui nous avons particulièrement apprécié, chaque couple ayant ses aisesTres beau jardin, vaste, bien aménagé, décoré,une grande piscine et un trempolino au beau milieu de tres belles plantations. Un bel havre de paix. On peut se garer tres facilement sur le parking gratuit du village, pas tres loin de la maison et il y a meme 3 places de parking a quelques metres de la batisse. Nous gardons precieusement cette adresse, c etait un vrai bonheur de passer quelques jours dans ce bel endroit.Merci a vous Ronan pour votreaccueil et votre prevenance.

Superbe magnanerie

Avons été charmés par cette belle batisse très bien aménagée et entretenue, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le materiel est de qualité, il ne manque absolument rien. Les chambres sont spacieuses et climatisées, la piscine est immense. Et merci Ronan pour toutes ces petites attentions à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons sans hesitation.

Excellent séjour

Un lieu reposant et d'exception. Beaucoup de charme, une décoration raffinée et originale, beaucoup d'espace qui permet de vivre en toute liberté dans toutes la maison, même lorsque l'on est nombreux : nous étions 12. Piscine, terrain de boule, table de ping-pong, billard, rien n'est oublié pour permettre aux convives de s'amuser. Nous félicitons les propriétaires pour leur bon goût, et leur grande gentillesse. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Petit Paradis au coeur de Combas

La Vieille Magnanerie est une magnifique bâtisse ancienne, très accueillante. Piscine jeu de boule,et a proximité de nombreuses visites possibles. Nous recommandons la descente du Gardon en canoë et la vue ☆☆☆☆☆ du pont du gard. LVM un lieu magique !!! Nos amis ont tous dit c'est le Top. (Merci le cadeau de bienvenue)
