We had a great time and want to return!Hawaii wasn’t a place we originally considered going because Wayne and I aren’t big beach people, but my Dad recommend it for a family trip. Surprisingly, we’re already talking about when we can return.ABOUT THE HOTEL -They have 3 pools. One is quite for those who want to relax, one had a polo net and basket and a splash pad area for younger kids, and the third is the most fun. That has a water slide, 3 waterfall, 2 bridges you can swim under. The deepest was only 5-feet making us comfortable allowing our 11 year old to swim alone, which she loved! The lagoon was fun to play in and not overly crowded. While we could only find available poolside chairs in the morning, we had no issues finding a chair along the beach. I loved that it didn’t feel crowded.Getting to and from the hotel was easy as well as getting around the hotel. Nearly every was really friendly and helpful. The one recommendation I would have is better food options at the hotel. They have 2 restaurants on site which are fine, nothing special, and an expensive market. But there are other markets and restaurants nearby.ABOUT THE PERSON RENTING -She was great to work with. I hadn’t rented a timeshare before, so I asked a lot of questions including non typical questions. The woman was quick to respond to all my questions. I would, and will, recommend anyone to rent through her.
