There are new owners so I think some things have changed and the new stuff wasnt completely updated for the stay. The pool toys are on the side of the house not on the patio. You have to get in the landscaping to get it out. Also the only issue we had was with the cable/internet not working.

Yearly family vacation

Our stay in Sandestin was perfect for our family, with the house ideally located near tennis courts, golf courses, and the beach. Everyone was able to enjoy their favorite daytime activities, from relaxing by the ocean to playing a few rounds of golf. In the evenings, we loved coming together to share meals and make memories in the comfortable, well-appointed home.

Great Spring Break Getaway

Loved the convenience to everything!

The downstairs floorplan was a huge plus for our family. We loved the location! The golf cart is a huge help, we wouldn’t have enjoyed as much without it.

Absolutely loved everything!

Our family had a great time. Loved the location, golf and all around atmosphere. Golf cart is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Location

Great property in a great location. We booked this home for Thanksgiving, and there was more than enough seating. The two separate living spaces were everyone's favorite feature!

Loved this rental! I grew up going to Destin and the location and house was great. It was so convenient to take the golf cart to the beach! Would definitely recommend staying.

Truly Awesome

Your home was truly amazing my family had the best time. Location was so convenient with the golf cart we loved being able to go to the grocery store in a golf cart. Everything was so clean and decorated so nice. This was one of best vacation ever.

Kitchen was amazing and the kids loved their room with the bunk beds and extra bed. The master bedroom bed was so comfy. We will definitely be back!

Beautifully decorated, open floor plan property. We enjoyed our stay, we cooked, we caught up with Family and relaxed. The master bedroom mattress is like sleeping on a cloud.

Perfect for two small families

This property was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 3 young children. The neighborhood was beautiful and well maintained. Our kids enjoyed the zero entry pool. The golf cart was the highlight of this stay with the added convenience.

Lovely stay

We had a great stay in this home. Loved the 2 sitting areas so you can be away from others when you want to be! My kids loved access to the golf cart and riding to the beach in it. Having a gas grill available allowed us to cook at home and not have to go out with the big family. Overall, loved the house! Enjoyed our stay very much. Would not hesitate to do stay here again.

Very Enjoyable and Accommodating

This property was very cozy and comfortable for the entire family. The split living areas made it great for the kids and parents a like to have our own space if needed. The golf cart was incredibly helpful for short trips and to the beach. You won't be disappointed.

Entire family comfortable

We chose this house due to it sleeping multiple people. My husband and I and our 5 boys slept comfortably with enough space to move around. It was great!
