Yearly family vacation

Our stay in Sandestin was perfect for our family, with the house ideally located near tennis courts, golf courses, and the beach. Everyone was able to enjoy their favorite daytime activities, from relaxing by the ocean to playing a few rounds of golf. In the evenings, we loved coming together to share meals and make memories in the comfortable, well-appointed home.

Dish ware was adorable and it had all of the necessary kitchen amenities. Only thing we could complain about was that the master bathroom sink wouldn't drain. That should be an easy fix for a maintenance guy though! The outdoor patio was a great hang, it even had beach toys for our girls which was great because we forgot ours!

Perfect location!

We absolutely loved this property and the location. It is perfect for families! So much to do and so many places to visit just within the resort. The golf cart was an essential asset for our visit allowing us to go everywhere we wanted. Access to the beach, stores, pools, restaurants and even publix made this stay even better. We did have an issue with the listing description. The VRBO listing stated the extra bedroom had 2 king beds which was going to work perfect the group we had, however there was only 1 king bed. We had to have one of our guests sleep on the couch. The owners rectified it by providing some compensation for our stay which we appreciated. Some cons to our visit, but nothing that ruined our vacation. The first one is that even though the cleaning people were done cleaning the unit you cannot get into the property until exactly 4 oclock. The rental company cannot over ride this either, so we sat outside with groceries for about an hour waiting for the code to be activated to get in. And secondly, the pans for cooking for 8 are not large enough. Not a huge deal, but inconvenient making you have to cook only a small amount at a time. Overall our stay was wonderful and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

The only real negative thing i would say is the floors were really dirty. we ended up going to walmart and getting a mop and swiffer and wiping the whole house. it was dirty. I had my 1 year old who is crawling everywhere so it was a must. didnt deliver the request.

Great Family Stay

We loved our stay here. There was plenty of space for people to spread out and have quiet time if they wanted and a great large dining table for playing board games. The back yard was comfy and big enough for the kids to play catch or pass a soccer ball. The location was very convenient (five minutes in the golf cart, if that, to get to the beach or Baytowne) and quiet. Speaking of the golf cart- so wonderful to have! If we ever wind up back in Sandestin we'll definitely look into staying here again.

This is our first time staying in the Sandestine Resort and we will definitely be back! The house worked out great even with 7 of us staying in the 3 bedroom. It was clean and decorated nicely with all the necessities. They had great little welcome boxes with starter packs of your needed items in the bathrooms and kitchen. I would recommend this house and location with no hesitation. The golf cart was a definite added bonus and works great!

Perfect for two small families

This property was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 3 young children. The neighborhood was beautiful and well maintained. Our kids enjoyed the zero entry pool. The golf cart was the highlight of this stay with the added convenience.

Close to everything

We enjoyed our week in Sandestin. It was so nice to not have to pack the kids up in the car every time we wanted to go somewhere. The home was as pictured, and the property management company was very responsive and on top of things. The patio table was broken upon our arrival, but they were there fixing it before we even mentioned anything. The only thing I will say, and this isn’t to the fault of the home owners, but the beach access is used by the entire resort and on each side are hotels that have tons of chairs set up for people to rent.. which really limits the space for everyone else. But all in all we enjoyed our week and the home was great!

Very Enjoyable and Accommodating

This property was very cozy and comfortable for the entire family. The split living areas made it great for the kids and parents a like to have our own space if needed. The golf cart was incredibly helpful for short trips and to the beach. You won't be disappointed.

Family Spring Break

This was my second time to Sandestin Resort, and it was another amazing trip. Absolutely perfect for families, especially with small kids. The pool access is so nice for when the kids want to swim at night, or need a break from the beach. The condo was top notch! Its updated, has plenty of room, and was very clean. The layout is so nice, with the wide open space, and we enjoyed the separate living rooms, especially with kids and grandparents wanting to watch different things. The patio was so nice, it was roomy and peaceful and we enjoyed the grill several nights. The beds were incredible, sheets were fresh and clean, bathroom was spacious, and the kitchen was amazing too! We loved our stay and i would highly recommend. Thank you for such a great time!

Great Spring Break Getaway

The downstairs floorplan was a huge plus for our family. We loved the location! The golf cart is a huge help, we wouldn’t have enjoyed as much without it.
