Nice location and great owner

Even though the arrival time was changed, the owner was there to greet us and help us get setup. All was in order, clean adn well equipped. The location exceeded our expectations.

It is ok overall

Overall it is ok! The owner has to definitely update his furniture, especially the mattresses. They are very firm and hard on your back. All the condos in the building have been renovated except this one. Besides this I only have positive things to say. A quiet neighborhood, nice heated pool and a barbecue area with a covered gazebo.

Needs some TLC

15 minutes of walking around in my bare feet on the tile floor and my feet were very dirty. Very long dark hair on and under the furniture and in both bathrooms. None of us have long dark hair. Cabinet door in living room fell off in my hand when I opened it. One of my pieces of bread fell all the way to the bottom of the toaster when I put it in. Had to turn the toaster over to get my toast out. Living room furniture was hard to get out of. Two of us are old and short. None of this was a deal breaker. The building was very quiet and centrally located for all of the things we wanted to do. The neighbors were friendly. The pool was great. Hasan was very pleasant and even came to pick up our key at 5:30 in the morning on our departure day. Thank you, Hasan.

Comfortable stay, fair price

Clean, quiet apartment building in a lovely neighborhood. A mile and a half from the beach. Apartment was comfortable, could use an update but wasn't needing fancy, so it was fine. Our host was friendly and helpful

The pool was relaxing & accommodations located close to the beach!

The pool was heated which was very comfortable & relaxing. The beach was only a 10 minute drive. The grounds around the complex were clean and all plants were well maintained. There was plenty of outdoor space to eat( gas barbecue provided) and tables to sit.

Lovely Winter Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our month at this location. Great bed in Master. Lots of natural light. Quiet building. Corner unit was ideal.

we had a few little problems, but Bud took care of them ASAP.

The property was in a good spot, quiet, had fun at the pool & the bar b q's were a nice touch.. yes we loved it :-)

Nice condo in Pompano Beach

Second floor corner condo in apartmentbuilding located 2 miles from the beach. Nice and spaceous although interior would benefit from a few upgrades. Intimate and cozy pool and barbecue area. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
