The property was not as cleaned as I expected. The beds were low to the floor which maybe difficult

The beds were low to the floor and would be difficult for someone who is physically disabled to get in and out the bed. You will be charged an additional 50 dollars after checking out. The location is not ideal for a family.

Well thanks for the feed back We will try to enhance our service. But next time when you guys want to do a booking you need to be honest about how many guests are checking in. THE $50 dollars was charged to you because you have lied to us and to VRBO when you booked for 3 guests and your family was 4 people checking in shame on you .

Great place to stay

I was working in Humble for 10 days and chose to stay here. The location is easy to find. Sam (owner) is super friendly. Showed me where to park. They have covered parking. Then he showed me around the facility and the unit. One evening the nearby water main broke. Sam brought me two gallons of water and put it by my door. The space is very quiet and the pool is very nice. It has a tanning shelf, and big enough for multiple people to be in there without having issues. The apt. was just how it was shown. Everything was new or updated and worked properly. When I am back I will stay here again. The only thing that is an issue and not Sam’s fault is my AT&T phone did not have reception inside the apt. Even with the very good and fast wifi.. I had to open the balcony door to get cell service. Small price to pay for the location and unit.

I wish you would have informed on the AT&T thing during your stay because we would use our boosters and WiFi calling And I just wanted to make it clear for other upcoming lovely guests As I have lost one already :(
