Great vacation spot

We love our week at 109 Polo Beach Club. A super comfortable unit for our family of 5. Very well equipped, throughly enjoyed just walking out of the unit, directly to the beach. Can’t beat the location- took full advantage of being steps away from the 5-star resorts. KBM staff was very attentive, proactive and responsive. We highly recommend and plan to return!

Not long enough...,

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Polo Beach club. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, well appointed, and had all amenities we could've asked for. The location was amazing. The beach outside was quiet. The pool and hot tub area were clean and well kept. Overall, we wish we could've stayed much longer and would definitely stay again.

This condo is amazing. You get a lot of the benefits of being in a resort / hotel, and a lot of the benefits of a more chill, local, private condo experience. My family was extremely happy with the interior and the location right next to beach and pool. Additionally this unit is very private, even though a popular community beach trail is very close by. I highly recommend this place! Maria @ KBM was very helpful throughout, as well.

One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed on Maui!

The location is incredible! Right on the beach, we could watch whales breach while sitting on the couch! Unit is spacious, private, and well equipped. KBM is incredibly responsive and accommodating. Everything was so easy. The beach is gorgeous and uncrowded. I wish I were there right now!

Property is old, musty, dark, smelly, badly in need of gut and renovation. Photos are “accurate,” but done w/lots of camera lighting to make space appear bright and sunny. Unit is dark with moldy/musty smell. My daughter with allergies could not stay here. Mold triggered her allergies and asthma. Worse was the used contact lenses (disposable blue lenses) left on pillowcase and bedside table. This was unsanitary and unacceptable for a property of this price. We were unable to spend even 1 Night. We filed a complaint and requested refund, but VRBO denied our request. Since we were supposed to be guaranteed a sanitary unit, we are very dissatisfied. We feel cheated. We lost entire 4 day fee. We had to stay 4 nights in hotel, which was difficult and costly due to fire and 10,000 property power outage that same night. BTW: property manager KBM was excellent. KBM answered phone at night , replied to texts, and handled our case with professionalism. Thank you KBM. No thank you to VRBO.

A dream!

This property was amazing - the rooms were spacious and the units had everything we needed for our vacation. Being steps from the beach and steps from the pool while being in walking distance of all the other resorts and restaurants was perfect!

What a great time! We loved the perfect location of the unit! We walked to the beach and felt like we had privacy because we were the last unit on our side and no one walked by our unit. We ate breakfast and dinner on the patio, it was perfect seeing the sunrise and the sunset. We already miss it!

Amazing location!

We absolutely loved Polo beach club. The location was unbeatable on the best beach in Maui, I loved doing the ocean walk every morning. We loved surfing the waves out front and even saw turtles swimming around the beach. The apartment was so spacious and beautiful, our family of 5 were so happy there. Would def highly recommend!

Daughter’s Wedding

We came to Maui for our daughter’s wedding on the beach. The location was amazing! So close to the beach and the pool views were great! The place was perfect for our family! Great views to get ready for the wedding! We loved the privacy and the convenience of being on the bottom floor. We’d definitely come back and stay here again!

Wonderful for families

The unit is well maintained and stocked with amenities and beach equipment, and the beach is within sight! The location is great, with a wonderful waterfront walking path to several high end hotels with restaurants. Every sunset is amazing here. The unit is extra nice if you have kids, as it is on the first floor and there is plenty of space for the kids to roam and get to the beach.

Polo Beach is a winner!

Perfect location. Beach and pool are fantastic. Grounds are immaculate. Unit is great. Lots of beach items provided. Needs some repairs. Slide doors do not lock and bedroom slider requires two people to close it. Found door to laundry area under a bed?

This is a beautiful property. The unit is a little outdated, and there could have been a few more supplies provided, but we had what we absolutely needed and the beds were very comfortable! It was quiet and just like it says, a few steps from a pretty nice beach. The check in process was a little frustrating, we weren’t provided a gate code and had to wait for about half hour to get that from someone. Also there is a code to the beach which we weren’t told about. We had to ask another guest for that code. We would stay here again though.

Stunning beachfront condo!!

If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet, beachfront vacation- this is the condo! The unit is in a secluded location tucked away from all the noise but just a short breathtaking boardwalk away from shopping and restaurants. What I liked most about this condo other than the beautiful decor and spacious two bedroom unit was that when you got home from shopping, /touring- you had a private beach (key entrance only), private pool and hot tub. It's a perfect romantic getaway. Full kitchen, Smart TV and large patio facing ocean. Could not have had a better time and the grill area by the pool was so convenient! Thanks Again!

Great location

The Polo Beach Club is hard to beat for places to stay on Maui. This unit could really use some time and attention. There was a cabinet door missing in the kitchen, master bathroom bath jets were black from lack of cleaning, couch is well worn, dresser in the secondary bedroom is broken, refrigerator drawers continued to come off track. Just many things that could be improved to make this an exceptional experience. The great things about this unit were the ground floor accessibility, well stocked with beach chairs, toys, spices, shower amenities, updated decor and extremely easy check in and out process.

Excellent Location and Helpful Management

The place was exactly what we were looking for - had good parking, amazing beach access, and everything we needed was in the unit. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good sized and the lanai was private, but both it and the LR had a view of the ocean and we could walk straight out to it. The check in materials were a little clunky in that the emails, texts, and guide in the unit don't quite match up in content, but we were able to get in fine and this is normal with 3rd party managed units. I will say the management was very accommodating when we called about an item we had left in the unit - an expensive astronomy gizmo - and they contacted housekeeping, found it, and promptly mailed it to us. Thank you!!

Great Location! Quiet Neighbours! Needs Updating.

The check-in process was extremely easy, the unit is clean and the location right on Polo Beach cannot be beat. Sleeps 4 very comfortably and there is tons of space. The only downside is that the unit needs to be renovated, there is broken mirror which needs to be replaced and there are some accessibility issues with the bath/shower in the master. There is no way an elderly person could access the shower in the master bath. It is actually a little dangerous for anyone. Also, why do all of these older condos in Hawaii have carpet?
