Great layout! Nicely appointed.

Definitely one of the nicer units we’ve stayed in at Las Palomas. Floor plan, big patio, and large bunk beds in then 2nd room make this an awesome place for our group. Hope to stay here again soon!

Outstanding rental

This unit J401 was perfect. We have stayed at many units in Las Paloma’s over the years and J401 was by far the most uodated, cleanest, and had the best furniture. Kudos to the owner’s!!!

Great Get Away

The property is very nice. The service is good, and the grounds are very well kept. The Condo is as advertised. Well stocked with plates and utensils. The many gas grills on-site are a nice touch. We didn't need to reach out to the property manager during our stay.

Great experience

We had a great experience in this condo! It was very clean, very comfortable, well-equipped, and it has an amazing view of the ocean! Great location on the 4th floor, we really enjoyed the balcony and the open floor concept of kitchen, dining room, and living room. I was impressed by the cleanliness, it definitely made me feel comfortable to enjoy the condo like if it was my own house. It has a beautiful entrance and extra room for storage. Laundry room is big enough and central for both rooms. I also liked the big mirror in the dining room and the big kitchen island. The condo complex is quiet and secure, perfect for families. The host was very responsive, providing us with recommendations for local dining and activities. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely be returning!

We have stayed at Las Palomas many times. This condo, was great, spotlessly clean, spacious, excellent location, everything worked, wonderful comfortable patio. This resort is wonderful, always perfect landscaping, the beach and bar are great, friendly staff. Our stay was 10 put of 10.

Spring Break 2025

Travelled with my family for spring break, 4 teenagers. Great week. Very safe and responsible security all around property. Our condo was amazing. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was excellent. Definetly will be back.

Perfect getaway

Loved our stay at this condo. Very easy to get to the pools and the beach. Gorgeous views from the balcony. The condo was beautiful and so spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for our Family

Property was as advertised. Clean, spacious, well-equipped the Queen over King bunk in the second room was a great bonus. Loved the location of the resort, and the individual unit within the resort. Only negative was the long check-in process at the front desk, but that is no fault of the owner. Staff around the resort were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely try to visit again and would book this same unit is available.

Amazing time at Las Palomas!

We come to Rocky Point a few times a year. We enjoy staying at Las Palomas and really loved our stay at this particular unit. The condo was fully stocked w/ everything we needed. We made lots of home cooked meals and everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were super comfy and the rooms/bathrooms came fully stocked w/ everything we needed. The view from the 4th floor was AMAZING. We could had a full view of the ocean and the pool/lazy river. Our communication w/ the owner (Chris) was outstanding as he made sure we were enjoying ourselves and that we had everything we needed. We will be back to RP soon and will look to rent this same unit again!

Hello there, my name is Chris, I'm happily married man with 5 children. We fell in love with Mexico a long time ago and always had a dream to own a property like this. In 2016 we were able to accomplish this dream. My grandfather was born in Mexico and maybe thats my initial love for this great country. in 2012 we started doing service project in Rocky Point, Puerto Penasco, Mexico and building homes for less fortunate families. This made our love even stronger for the people here and we decided to buy a permanent home here.
