Perfect location

Nothing bad to say about this place- the most convenient spot for ski on ski off which is priceless when doing a big family ski trip with kids! No car needed. Randy is responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay for a Family Ski Trip

First time in Park City and I spent hours reading reviews - so grateful we selected this home to stay. Being on the mountain was so convenient with an 11 year old and 13 year old. The ice rink, shops, groceries restaurants and free shuttle to Main Street all steps away. We used the gym, pool and hot tub. The condo was beautiful, clean and just perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and trip! The owners and their property service were in constant contact with all the information sent to us ahead of time and throughout the trip.

Great location!

For our first time to park city with multiple kids 13 and under, this place was perfect. Super convenient with how close to the slopes it was plus the lockers for storing the equipment was great. The condo had everything we needed to cook in and it was minutes from Main St when we wanted to eat out. Overall a great introduction to Park City!

Great Condo! Great location!

We loved this condo. We had 9 family members together. We never felt crowded in the main living area and all the bedrooms were perfect. It looks newly remodeled and very clean. The property owners and manager are VERY responsive and great to work with. They are especially helpful for first time Park City vacationers. Great location for skiing/snowboarding. VERY close walking distance to many lifts. A ski rental on the property (with a discount) made it extra easy. It's also close to all the fun and good eats on Main Street. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property and experience

Stayed for a few days of skiing and fun with family. The property was extremely convenient to the slopes, clean and spacious, and the owners gave exceptional guidance prior to our arrival (this was our first time in Park City). They definitely helped to make our stay better. Loved it and hope to be back soon!

a great place to stay

so handy to the lifts and the pool where you could swim from inside to out was wonderful for those of us who couldn't ski. The property manager was most responsive to our requests and prompt. The directions were clear as were all communiques. Loved the lockers outside the door and the view was lovely.

Amazing ski in ski out unit!!

The owners in their property manager couldn’t have made our stay any easier or better. Location is amazing and the accommodations are extremely comfortable and lovely absolutely would come back again.

Family ski vacation

Fantastic location and updated condo. Family loved how easy it was to get on the slopes allowing some to ski longer and others to end the day early. Pool was a huge hit with the kids and adults loved the hot tubs. Easy check-in and great communication by the owner. Kitchen had everything we needed and the family loved eating at the dinning room table with a beautiful view. Great parking too.

Lovely Ski-in/Ski-out property at the Park City Base

Spacious accommodation which was just perfect for my wife and myself, our adult children, and our two grandkids (ages 7 and 11). Easy access to ski school and all of the lifts at the base of the mountain. Great communication with the property owners and their property managers. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The Taylor Rare Remodeled Park City Stay

Awesome property! Randy is a great host, communicates pre, during and post visit exceptionally fast. The location is amazing, walk right out from the Ski lockers onto the slopes! Right in the middle of all the shops at the base of the mountain. Can't ask for more in a rental!

Great location and perfect for our families

We stayed here with another family. It was the perfect spot for us. Ski in/ski out was convenient, the kids enjoyed the pool after skiing and going into town was so easy with the shuttle. I had a few questions throughout and before our stay and got those answers almost immediately! The owners are so nice and accommodating! Everything was amazing!

Kathy and Randy Love to ski. And our family's favorite place to stay and ski was the Lodge at Mountain Village. So we bought a place and rent it when we are not using it!

The condo is only 35 mins from SLC airport. It is truly is a skier’s paradise, and not just because of its location at the base of Park City Mountain Resort.

Ours is one of the few buildings that is actually on the mountainside and that makes staying here so much more relaxing and convenient, especially if you’re skiing with kids!

Our complex is brimming with excellent restaurants, coffees shops, après ski, the best equipment rental shops, incredible professional specialists and tune shops, great clothing retailers, Rocky Mountain Chocolate factory, and two small convenience stores. There’s even an ice rink with lights and a mountain backdrop which you can see from the condo - it’s a great place to glide around and take photos to share with jealous friends and family back home. You can also take a dip in the indoor pool AND outdoor heated pools, and there are indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, plus a free fitness center with cardio and weights, plus a downstairs sauna.

SKI TO THE CHAIR LIFTS
Ski down to 5 different ski lifts or take a short walk to 2 more chairlifts!

EASY STROLL TO THE SKI SCHOOL
Ski School meets just 300 ft from our condo building every morning.

SKI BACK HOME FOR LUNCH OR TO BANG OUT A BIT OF WORK
You can easily pop back to the condo during the ski day to warm up, check on any non-skiers in your group, grab some food, even do some work if you need to.

Park City has the most runs and terrain of any ski resort in North America, together with fast lift lines and plenty of light fluffy snow. What’s more, when it comes to après ski, there’s plenty to keep you entertained and your energy levels up.

MAIN STREET
If you want to visit Main Street, you have many options - it is a 10-15 minute walk from the condo (about ½ mile), you can get here using the free shuttle service or Uber.

WORLD CLASS RESTAURANTS
Take your pick from a range of eateries with the tastiest menus that’ll help you replenish all that energy you burn on the slopes.
