This was an excellent property with a perfect location, close to the public beach and right next to the small downtown shops! We had a great time at the house!

Great house, great location

So close to Three Oaks and New Buffalo. Walking distance to great food, drinks and the beach. Plenty of room. Loved the screened in porch.

Great location and spacious home

This home is huge! Plenty of room for two families. There are a few stairs which made it a little tricky with a baby so maybe something to keep in mind if you have really little kids that are crawling / new walkers. Also tons of nice outdoor spaces and great location next to the little Union Pier restaurants.

We love this rental!

We loved the property. The manager stopped by too much but was nice. The tv reception was spotty with only minimal reception. Internet was not on. Some of us had to stay elsewhere to do work. But all in all we had a good stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a prefect getaway, it was very clean and well maintained. Its right next to Black Current which had delicious pastries and coffee. We couldn't fit beach chairs in our car but I was pleasantly surprised that the host had a beach wagon stocked with chairs, umbrella and some sand toys. Aqua was very responsive though out the whole booking process. Highly recommend.

A Home Away From Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place has a great location being right by the stores and a direct walk to the public beach, about 10 minutes or less. Far enough off the road that you feel secluded and safe for your family. Great yard for hanging outside. Rooms are very spacious. There is a slight odor, but candles kill the odor pretty quickly.

Great property and a great location!

Although our arrival was challenging as the address we were given did not match with the GPS listings or street signs, it was a perfect location, easy walk to the beach, and plenty of space! The only other issue was the place must’ve been empty for a while as there were spiderwebs everywhere. Once we got rid of the spiders it was perfect!

Great beach get away

We had a fantastic stay. The house has a beautiful and HUGE backyard lined with beautiful trees. We felt secluded with privacy, despite being so close to everything. The house was incredibly clean and as described. Very nice to be so close to the market, bike rental and bakery, while being a quick half mile to towline beach and a tad further to berrien. Communication was great as well.

Great place to bring kids and friends!

We enjoyed our time at this property. It's perfect for younger children who like to run and play. The driveway makes a for a wonderful place for a quick game of basketball and bike riding (for little children). And the backyard is excellent for eating on the deck and playing so lawn sports. Also, the set up inside is great especially with the screen/sunroom being to the corner of the house. It's a space the kids can enjoy without causing too much noise across the entire place or you can use it in the evening to hang out and talk.

Spacious Gathering Spots and Nice Location

Rented this house for our girls weekend and it did not disappoint. There are lots of nice gathering spaces! We spent the most time "puzzling" at the dining room table and "hanging together" on enclosed porch. Beach wagon with chairs and towels were appreciated.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

Wonderful house with plenty of room for a group. We loved having a nice relaxing fire in the large yard at night after a day around the local towns. So many games for groups to play too!

Great Week in Union Pier

Our group of 7 thoroughly enjoyed this property. We had plenty of space inside and out. The living area is ample and comfortable. We were able to gather all together, but when we split up to do different things, we were able to spread out. Some enjoyed the 3 season room, others hung out around the dining table, and others were in front of the TV. Location is wonderful - we walked to the beach, to get gelato, to get stuff from the market. Really convenient! Loved that they had beach gear and a wagon for us to use. We played bags in the backyard and loved the fire pit. Rental company provided clear, timely info and was responsive when we needed something or had a question. Would definitely stay here again.

Family girl time

What was planned as a girls getaway turned out to be much smaller group than planned but still a great time for those able to get together. House was wonderful and setting very beautiful. Really enjoyed the bakery and market just steps away. Fresh bakery goods every morning!!! Convenient for traveling to wineries and farmers markets. Loved this place and probably one of best we have had

Peace and quiet

This house was clean and beautiful. Great layout for entertaining. Inside and out. Location was good. You can get everywhere on Red Arrow Hwy. Convenient to The Dunes, New Buffalo, Sawyer. Lots of restaurants, breweries and beaches to be found. Convenient little deli, market, and gelato shop practically right outside the door.

Great House!

We had 3 couple stay here for the weekend. There was plenty of space and the house was very clean! Check in and check out process was clear and easy to understand. Tons of room in the backyard. Great location right in town! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place for a family

When a rental lives up to its pictures - that’s a good value for us. But when it exceeds the pictures - that’s a home run. This property is awesome - perfect for our family of 6. Near a number of beaches (driving) with an awesome deck, backyard, basketball hoop, and circle driveway (perfect for the kids scooters). The one drawback - which we were gratefully informed about before check in - was the beds don’t have a lot of blankets, so we brought our own. If you’re used to a comforter, bring it. Other than that it was perfection!

A Place for Everyone at the Beach house

This house was perfect for our family group! Great outdoor spaces- ample dining spaces in and outside. Nightly sunsets with side trips to Warren Dunes, kayaking, antiquing and wineries.

Great place!

We had a great stay in this house that accommodated our family wonderfully. Quiet spot that sits back from the road nicely. Very comfortable house that is laid out well for our family of three generations. Two different settings (inside and out) for 8-10 to enjoy meals together. Nice new deck. Would love to return.
