The property was just closing escrow and the utilities were all in the process of being switched over. The previous owner should not have accepted a reservation without my prior consent. You were given a complete refund even though you stayed there two days and did not contact the property manager who is there to help until the second day. A brand new refrigerator has been installed. Everything is in working order and you have my sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Thank you Christine, I appreciate the honest feedback. I will most definitely talk to housekeeping about the walls/doors. The closet is a walk in so I am not sure what it is that fell of the tracks but I would like to address this problem.

We appreciate the feedback and are very sorry you did not like the Property Management company we partnered with. They usually receive raving reviews on their excellent guest registration process, thorough deep cleaning, access to 24/7 maintenance and friendly service! We are so glad you appreciated the brand-new furniture, and yes, the bed is very comfortable! 😊� After reading your review, however, we are somewhat confused, as most of these “issues” don’t seem to be related to the Condo Unit at all! Regardless, since you are a new traveler, I will address a few of your concerns anyway: 1) Please note that the listing says: “PARTIAL GULF VIEW” and provides numerous pictures of the beautiful side-view of the Gulf coast and the gorgeous sunsets from the lanai. Not sure how you missed this? 2) The Condo is stocked with a “Welcome Starter Set” which includes: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 box of tissues, 1 small facial/bath soap, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 1 small bottle of liquid dish soap, 1 pot scrub pad, Several trash bags per receptacle, and 2-4 appropriate laundry machine soap pods. Perhaps you are confusing a vacation rental with a motel? 3) The AC is set to 75 degrees after every cleaning. It is up to the guest to adjust the AC temperature to their preference. Not everyone wants their unit to be set to 60 degrees, brrrr! 4) The ceiling fan is brand new, (installed by a licensed electrician) and has a Remote Control. Seems unfair to claim it was “did not work” when it was fully operational once the maintenance staff showed you how to operate the Remote Control to turn it on. 5) The brand-new refrigerator was (installed by a Licensed Electrician) PER CODE and we found out after your departure that the reason you felt “it wasn’t getting cold enough”, was because YOU set the temperature switch to warm. Thanks for the feedback, I will be sure to leave instructions on the fridge for guests who don’t know how to use a refrigerator. 6) There are SEVERAL lights in the unit. TWO in the bathroom, TWO night-stand lamps (that adjust to go brighter with an extra click of the switch) the ceiling fan in the bedroom has a light, one standing lamp in the living room, and one light in the kitchen. Guess we are confused why you say there are “No lights in any room in the unit”? We are glad you enjoyed our great TV programming, but you failed to mention that you called to complain that it “wasn’t working” because you didn’t know how to use the Remote Control for the TV either. Furthermore, I understand you own a Travel Agency that competes with our Property Management Company; but using our Condo Listing as a forum to trash/attack your competitor is not a fair, and rather seems like poor business practice and petty. It is for this reason that we will not consider this as a reliable review.
