It was a short weekend get away. Location was great. So many beautiful things to enjoy. Hot tub is on the bay side with allowed me to watch the sunrise in. That was amazing. Beach was perfect! Clean beach. Short walk from condo. I’d stay again

Great 1st Family Trip to Siesta Keys

The location was amazing and so was the view on our short walk to get to the beach. The condo was well kept and spacious for our family. We are happy with our stay!

Wonderful beach vacation!

We had such a great time and Palm Bay! The room was so cute and the location was beautiful. We came in from Cleveland for a wedding and long weekend getaway. We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much for having us!! :)

The property smelled very musty and I had to purchase a plug in air freshener. it looks like there was a leak under the sink and the damaged kick plate has not been replaced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice. And very affordable. The cleaning crew was excellent. I’m a little disappointed that the pool closes at dusk. I don’t want to have to walk across the street with my children. The pool across the street was crowded and too bright. Also not terribly happy with the fact that we had to put our tent so far back from the water. Guest parking continues to be a problem. Front desk staff is awesome! Otherwise a nice stay.

Hi Amy, thank you for your review. The closing at dusk for the pool is mostly due to county law on not having enough lighting on this side for the pool to be deemed safe after the sun goes down. Also this time of year is turtle season, so any bright lights on the beach side need to be kept off for the safety of the sea turtles. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was clean but had a strong, musty odor when we first arrived; however, keeping the windows & doors opened throughout our stay eliminated the issue. Enjoyed the screened lanai for morning coffee. Such a lovely breeze that we had no need for A/C. Beds were comfy and the shower was strong. Could have used another nightstand/lamp & a clock/radio in the bedroom. Large appliances could be improved a bit, and some microwave ware & beach chairs would have been helpful (chaises on the beach were not always available). Palm Bay Club felt safe, grounds were tidy with beautiful palms and landscaping; staff, maintenance & security were friendly, helpful & professional. Had an issue with the plumbing and it was handled immediately. Pool was heated and heavenly -- large enough for laps. Tennis courts were usually available, although some guests overlooked reserving a slot. Fitness Ctr was well-equipped. Only thing missing was a playground -- & a shower near the pool (if there is one, we couldn't find it). Suggest posting speed limit signs along the drive leading to the beach. Siesta Key is easy to walk with a nice variety of restaurants in the Village -- & the free trolley was a great bonus. Without a doubt, it's the most beautiful beach we've ever visited -- but also the most crowded. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Palm Bay, never ran out of things to do and slept like babies at night! The week was over too soon.

Needs updating

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was outdated and the furniture and appliances were not very clean. The blinds were broken when we arrived and it took a couple of day for maintenance to come repair. We used a blanket to cover the window. The blanket we used looked like an old dirty blanket that should have been discarded years ago. I actually bought two new blankets and a pillow so we didn’t have to use what was there. The toilet in one of the bathrooms constantly ran and you would have to take off the lid and manually adjust the flap every time you used it. The property itself and the pools were well maintained. I was in several other units that were clean and updated. Would not recommend the unit we stayed in.
