An easy stay

I was looking for your location my son's summer camp and this was only 20 minutes away walking. Just perfect. It was a couple blocks from the grocery store and the underground so easy access to everything.

nice apartment in quiet neighborhood, but U9 service interruption was unfortunate

We were please when Paola greeted us as scheduled upon our arrival. She did not have change for us to pay the cleaning fee and city tax, but returned a couple of days later with the change and the extra key we requested. The apartment was okay, but not especially clean in some places, and the bedroom is uncomfortably small, with very little room between the bed and the walls. We liked the quiet neighborhood street we were on, but were dismayed to learn that the service interruption on the U9 line happened during our entire stay. We had to do some different routings than we would have preferred for our excursions. Danke schoen. Thank you.

Nette kleine Wohnung mit guter Anbindung an die U9 / U7. Am besten ohne Auto anreisen. Am Objekt stehen nur gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Wir haben im Umkreis von 10-15 Gehminuten abgestellt. Infrastruktur gut, Lidl und Edeka, Bäcker und kleine Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Der persönliche, telefonische und Kontakt per Email lief problemlos. Sehr netter Kontakt auch mit Paola (Übergabe Schlüssel). Alles sehr unkompliziert. :-) Lage der Wohnung und Ruhe im Objekt war angenehm. Doppelbett ist wirklich ziemlich schmal, wie beschrieben. Aber kein Problem. Gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße. Sylvia

Saubere, heimelige, ruhige FeWo! Bewertung 3-4 (siehe dazu Text unten!)

Die nette FeWo ist sehr U-Bahn nahe und relativ zentral gelegen. Bett mit guter Matratze (für zwei Personen vielleicht ein wenig schmal). Zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeit auf Couch im Wohnzimmer vorhanden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter samt Schlüsselübernahme unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Wohnung liegt zwar im Erdgeschoß, aber die Fenster sind realtiv hoch vom Boden entfernt, sodaß man nicht wirklich Angst vor nächtlichen "Besuch" haben muß. Unsere Bewertung liegt zwischen 3-4, was sich aber in der oben angeführten Sternemarkierung leider nicht wiedergeben lässt! Insgesamt würden wir das Quartier durchaus gerne wieder buchen.

Appartement calme, très bien situé.

Appartement très bien pour 3 personnes. Nous étions un couple avec une ado. Il y a tout le nécessaire. ( Manque un meuble à la salle de bains si on veut être critique) Aucune bruit la nuit, résidence agréable avec les écureuils dans les arbres de la résidence.

Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Gut eingerichtet, verkehrsgünstig. Sehr freundliche Kontaktperson.

Hat alles gepasst. Kurzer Weg zu U-Bahn Station Berliner Str., einzige Mankos waren für uns: Parkproblem bei Anreise mit PKW, aber auch hier hat Kontaktperson sehr gut geholfen und war wirklich stets bemüht; und Bett in Schlafzimmer arg schmal. Alles in allem aber ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöne Zeit in Berlin!

Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, ganz herzliche Aufnahme durch Paola mit Kaffee und guten Tipps für den Aufenthalt in Berlin. Wohnung enthält alles Nötige und ist liebevoll eingerichtet, entspricht genau den Fotos. Super ruhige Lage, mit Anschluss an die U-Bahn, Supermärkte und Restaurants. Wir haben einen super schönen Aufenthalt gehabt und können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Convenient Berlin Apartment

This is a very attractive apartment that had everything that my wife and I expected and needed. It is located on a pleasant street that is quiet. It was especially nice to have the convenience of a washing machine. Also, a very easy walk (about 5 min.) to the nearest U-Bahn station and to the market for groceries, etc.

Very spacious

The apartment is very spacious, bright and well maintained. The host was very nice. We had some problems with the internet, which the host tried to solve with many efforts, although passing through some serious personal problems. At the end, as the problem was not solved, and we did not get Wi-Fi at the apartment, the owner gave us a discount on the rate. The neighbourhood is very quiet and a few metro stations from the main area.

Great apartment - wonderful city

We are a mature Canadian couple who stayed for 4 nights. The apartment is very close to the Metro (10 minute walk) for visitors arriving/departing either by bus (as we did) or Airport (direct U-bahn with connecting bus - 45 minutes). The apartment is tastefully furnished, uncluttered, with good storage space and very nice natural light. The kitchen is well equipped with contemporary appliances. WIFI access is strong. The building is quiet and located on a residential street while the neighborhood commercial shopping starts a block away. Host Maurizio was very responsive to our initial reservation needs while Mrs Braschi welcomed us on site and provided all the touring information we required to make our stay in the apartment and the city memorable. Our thanks. We will return to Berlin and, we hope, this apartment.

Home away from home, Excellent!

My husband and I so enjoyed the flat. It was perfectly located easy walking to our children's home and so easy to get to U-bann. Very warm, comfortable flat, with all we needed. Wish we could stay longer, but I will surely be booking your flat when I come again in a month or so!

Siamo stati accolti dalla simpatica e gentile sig.ra Paola . Appartamento comodissimo alla metro e quindi comodo anche all'aeroporto al quale si arriva in mezz'ora . Tutto pulito ,ordinato e perfetto per una piacevole vacanza . Mi sono sentita a casa !!!!! Se ci ritornerò questa sarà la mia sistemazione .... E sono ancora tante le cose che devo vedere !!!!

Very nice apartment in quiet neighbourhood

This is a great apartment and perfectly sized for two people to enjoy their stay in Berlin. The apartment is light and airy and the decor and furniture is comfortable and stylish. There is a spacious (for an apartment) and well-equipped kitchen (the only small thing missing was a can opener). The neighbourhood is quiet and feels very safe to walk around at night. You are very close to two U-Bahn stations. There is a middle-eastern supermarket on the corner of the road, or two chain supermarkets with larger range of goods a five minute walk down Berliner Strasse, as well as a few bakeries for the morning bread. The pizzeria opposite the apartment is also nice for a relaxed evening meal. Paolo, who met us on arrival is very friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The Space
Practical apartment located in a quiet neighborhood in West Berlin, near the famous Kurfüstendamm and the emblematic KaDeWe.
Perfectly connected with the rest of the city from the U-bahn Station U 7 & U 9 of Berliner Strasse at only 3 stops from Zoologischen Garten.
The apartment is on the first floor of a rational building. It has one bedroom, a living room, a large kitchen and a modern bathroom and has been completely refurbished.
It also has a balcony for the summer days!
General information:
The maximum number of tenants are 4, for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Check-in is from 2pm, check-out before 12 pm.
Facilities:
bedding and towels are included, 2 rooms, 1 Double-Bed, 1 double sofa-bed, a Coffee machine, a Refrigerator, a Microwave, a Washing machine, a TV and WiFi internet.

The Neighborhood
Please be aware that if you are staying in Berlin for touristic reasons, there is a 5% tax payable cash at check-in, sorry for the inconvenience.
Late check-in fee after 21:00 25€.
Mandatory House rules
1- Please keep the noise down between 10pm and 8am every day of the week, you are living in an apartment Building where people go to work every morning and are not on holiday. so please keep more quiet as possible.
2- Smoking is allowed only on the balcony, please use the ashtray.
3- No pet allowed.
4- All objects and furnitures are part of the apartment, please leave them inside.
5- If there is any question about the use of the appliances or electronic devices don´t hesitate to ask, we will be happy to help you. In case there is any problem also let us know, we will try to repair them as soon as possible.
6- It is not allowed to accommodate more guests than the ones in the reservation.
7- It is strictly forbidden in Germany to download illegal files from the Internet, all downloads are individually registered and fined.
8 - No children allowed under 12 years of age.
