The cabin was nice. The only thing it lacked was outside lighting. The bulb was out on the corner of the house, which made it hard backing out of driveway.

Overall the accomdations were great. A few things, the ice maker in the refrigerator wasnt working. A few of the interior and exterior lights were burned out. There were a couple of dead bugs in the basement area, but its winter so that is not suprising.

We had a problem getting there wrong address.The cabin was not clean! Hair on the sink, in the tub. Linen dirty, kitchen wasn't clean. Food debris on counter. We will not stay here again! Owner not nice at all. My group was disappointed with this cabin.

Gals getaway. Stayed one night. House was clean. Decorated nicely. Comfortable. The kitchen needed a sponge on something other than paper towels to clean dishes.The TV in the main living area is just streaming but you can’t get any channels even if you add in your Netflix or Prime Account info. We also could not connect to the WiFi password provided.The main issue is the steep gravel road with potholes. You really need an SUV with 4 wheel drive to get to the cabin. I would not want to try to get to the cabin after dark.Host was quick to respond to messages.

The cabin itself was cute, but unfortunately it was very dirty. The toilets had rings of brown buildup, the shower had grime on the floor and walls and was not level, so water collected and left you standing in dirty water. I had to re-clean my feet after getting out. The floors hadn’t been swept and had hair and dirt scattered around. After just a couple of hours walking around in the morning, my white socks were brown and I had to change them just to put on my shoes. When I went to pull back the sheets, I accidentally pulled the fitted sheet loose and found dirt all over the mattress cover.On top of that, I’m not sure how they get away with their advertising. The listing claims there are four bedrooms and numerous extra beds, but that is simply not true. By code, a bedroom must have a closet, and there are only three actual bedrooms plus one game room. To be exact, there are: two king-size beds, one twin bunk in the lower level with one futon, and a couch in the game room — which totals five beds. They are clearly misrepresenting the space. Thankfully, our group was smaller and didn’t rely on the extra beds, because there wouldn’t have been enough room.Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. We’ve stayed in many mountain rentals and this was by far the worst, which is a shame because the cabin itself is very cute. To make things more frustrating, we were told our pets could not be on the furniture or bed, yet the floors were dirtier than our pets.

Amazing Stay!!! Highly Recommend!

Love this private cabin!!! We lit a fire at night and roasted s'mores with the family. It was the perfect mountain getaway. All of the restaurants are close by and we enjoyed the mountain views. The house was clean and spacious. We had everything we needed in the stocked up kitchen, and Lenora was a great host. We look forward to coming back next year!!

The property was nice but the listing said 4 bed rooms it was only 3 bedrooms. The description of the beds was totally inaccurate there are only 2 king beds,1 queen futon, a bunk bed, and a trundle bed.

Good but not accurate

We had a large family renting this property for the week of Thanksgiving. Unfortunately upon arrival, realized that the sleeping arrangements online did not match what was in the cabin. Bears bears bears

For the two days, it was a decent stay. The master bed isn’t the comfiest, but there’s plenty of room. The downstairs area is great for kids. The bathrooms weren’t my favorite, the towels smelled bad, they weren’t very soft either. The remotes didn’t work, at all, for any tv. I’m not sure why there are so many light switches. We were awoken by bears on the porch, which for some could be really cool! Overall, it was ok. Not great, and definitely not the worst I’ve been to.

Underwhelmed & under delivered

Porch light has been ripped off There were a total of 6 forks for a place that's supposed to accommodate 10 people. The mix of LED bright white bulbs with soft white was agitating, pick a color. Upstairs shower was so creeky, if felt like you were gonna fall through to the first floor. The couch in the living room is not a smart choice given it's a serious recliners that can't recline because they're checked up on a wall too tight. Just not a good use of the space Hot tub cover was janky and falling apart with mold growth. It feels like whoever is running this property is doing the bare minimum to make it livable, but certainly not enjoyable. Just not a cute place to stay, would not return.

Girls trip

We spent the weekend with family & friends and took the 4 hour Blueridge Train ride and visited the waterfalls and the apple orchards. It was perfect weather and a great weekend.

The best home away from home!

We had such an amazing time staying at Lenora's property!! The home is so well maintained and had everything we needed. It looks like there's some new furniture and decor since the last photos and it's even nicer. The space was great so we could have fun in the lower level and those who wanted to go to sleep had privacy and quiet upstairs. We really enjoyed the fire-pit and went on a walk in the area. The location was amazing and close to Downtown Blue Ridge area. We will definitely be back!

Family getaway

The cabin was nice, great location. Close to town and activities. Washer and dryer were out of order for our visit . Hot tub cover was 1/2 destroyed but still usable. Cabin wasn’t dirty but could use a deep cleaning. We had a great time and these few things did not ruin our trip.

Great spot

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is close to everything but secluded. The cabin had a great fire pit area and hot tub. Plenty of space. Host was helpful when we had any issues. If you are super picky this may not be a good match, but if you like a great location, beautiful cabin with great views… highly recommend. We will return!

Beautiful Cabin!

This cabin is so spacious and yet quaint. Perfect get away! Secluded, yet close to town. Very comfortable. We felt very welcomed upon arrival. Easy check-in and out!! Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely will be back!!

Great stay for a relaxing moms trip!

Stayed here for the weekend for a much needed moms/girls trip! Cabin was very clean, hot tub was amazing, kitchen was beautiful! Looking forward to booking this cabin again next year:)

Beware

I booked this cabin because the description said 3 masters, 2 with king beds and 1 with a queen but upon arrival we discovered 2 masters and one common bedroom that had a day bed and bunk beds-the playroom had a queen futon! This was not an ideal situation for all of our guests. Since my stay the host did change the description but the damage was already done for our trip.
