新しく改装されたこのアパートメントには、花崗岩のカウンタートップ、ステンレス製の電気器具、洗濯機/乾燥機を備えた最新のキッチンがあります。堅木張りの床をラミネート加工する。ガラス扉付きのタイル張りのシャワー。クイーンサイズベッドと組み込みのデスクエリア付きのベッドルーム。
引き出し式ソファーベッドは2つ寝ています。
夏季以外の月（1月〜5月、9月〜12月）は、2泊以上のレンタルです。 長期レンタル（月額）も同様に利用可能です。

Die kleine Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und der Name Beach Cottage ist absolut richtig gewählt. Der kurze Weg zum Atlantik ist so schnell, dass man mehrmals am Tag hingeht, um nicht nur, den Sonnenaufgang sondern um auch später am Tag die Delphine und Schiffe zu beobachten. Wir lieben diesen Ort und waren zum 3. Mal dort!

Absolutely loved our stay at Shiplap Cottage! The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. Ritamarie was a fantastic host—her communication was thoughtful, clear, and incredibly helpful. The short walk to the beach was a perfect bonus. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the north end cottage.It was very clean, up to date and well taken care of. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood.Easy walk to the beach. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and towels that were provided. The beach was quiet, clean and peaceful. The neighborhood is friendly and it’s a nice place to walk other than the beach. We visited the Norfolk Botanical Garden on an overcast day. 30 minute drive. Well worth a trip.Thank you Ritamarie for being an excellent host!

I am so lucky we pivoted to find this rental vs staying in the high-rise hotels at Virginia Beach, which reminded me of Myrtle Beach. Not us!! Everything was perfect. Very clean, and owner provided beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and beach wagon. You will be in an upscale residential area of nice folks who are out walking their goldendoodles. The beach is lovely and not crowded. We didn’t fall for Va Beach dining where you pay a 25 dollar valet parking fee. We enjoyed Hot Tuna and Dockside, just a brief trip back to mainland. I can’t say enough about the free and fabulous Chrysler Museum of Art in Norfolk. A fabulous collection in a beautiful museum with a great restaurant there. We didn’t make the naval museum but will on our next trip. We were very pleased with this rental and would rent it again as soon as we can make another trip. It is exactly as depicted in photos. My husband and I loved the Adorable Beach Apartment. It had everything we needed. It was nicely decorated, comfortable, good AC and close/ quick walk to the beach. We biked into and through the state park and down to the boardwalk. Loved the outdoor shower. We would stay there again.

Absolutely peaceful and beautiful. Ritamarie thought of everything you would need & we made sure to leave everything clean and kept just Like we found it. Cottage is spotless, felt like home and perfect for two. If you want peace, quiet, a beautiful space to get away with minutes to the gorgeous beach, you will love this cottage as much as we did. Hated to leave!! Ritamarie is extremely responsive, so kind, and takes pride in her rental. It was a great week & I miss it already!!

Great little space

We just needed another little place for a few days as our family beach house was crowded. This was perfect for what we needed… just a place to sleep and shower. The cottage looked as if it was recently renovated and everything was clean and neat. We enjoyed our stay and it worked perfectly for us. Thank you!

Peaceful Retreat

This cottage apartment is ideally located at the far north end of the beach away from the crowd. It is the perfect size for me, as well. Walks to the beach and around the neighborhood were very pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed my week of relaxation and exploration, there wasn't anything I wanted that wasn't provided!

being that my husband & I are both 80 years old getting in and out of bed was difficult. The mattress has no box spring so it sits low to the floor. The apt is not for handicap people due to 13 steps to entrance.

Va Beach— North Ends finest!

Traveled to Virginia Beach for a quick family visit. The property as we approached is very easy to find … and talk about a beautiful place to stay. Located across from the boardwalk access for the beach. The rental is the 2nd floor of the house, and it is meticulously clean and cute. We did have a small leak in the bathroom, I called Ritamarie ( owner) right away, she sent her handyman and it was fixed with in 30 minutes. Comfortable sleeping and as quiet as could be. We absolutely loved it and we will return.

Long Weekend in off season

Great off season place. Location perfect to get to high rise area and bayside quickly. A real neighborhood feel. In-season might be a bit far from beach to tote what one needs… maybe not. The place is so well kept and convenient that we’ll consider a in-season,stay.

Cozy and convenient

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was cozy for two people and having a full kitchen made it so convenient. Location near the ocean for walks was just what we needed.

Beach Getaway

Shiplap Cottage was perfect! Just the right size for two adults, windows looking out on live oak trees, super clean and comfortable, a very sgort walk to a beautiful, unspoiled part of Virginia Beach and everything we could need or want. Ritamarie and Petie were friendly and helpful but let us have our privacy. Perfection!

We had the most amazing long weekend stay in Virginia Beach. The cottage was an ideal setting for a relaxing getaway. Cozy and inviting in a quiet neighborhood just short walk to the beach. It really was perfect.

Beach vacation

We had a wonderful time at this appartment. Very easy going host and very supporting when we had to come one night earlier than booked because of flight cancelations and renooking. We love the beach and the calm neighboorhood
