2019年の新築。3ベッド、3バスホーム。 すべてのベッドルームからデッカーコーブの一部を眺め、ロビンソンワーフレストランまで徒歩圏内。 セントラルエアコン、放射熱、グレートルームのガス暖炉、オープンコンセプトのリビングルーム、ダイニングルーム、ガスレンジ付きキッチン、食器洗い機、電子レンジとコーヒーステーションを内蔵。 フロントヤードのファイヤーピットと、デッカーコーブとトンプソン橋の景色を望む40フィートのファーマーズポーチのガスグリルをお楽しみください。 マスターバスルームには、デュアルシャワーヘッドとスリッパバスタブを備えた5フィートx 4フィートのシャワーがあり、2階のバスルームにはバスタブとシャワーの組み合わせがあり、1階のバスルームには4フィートのシャワーがあります。 フロントポーチのバーベキューでグリルをお楽しみください。 日曜日の午後、ロビンソンズワーフのバンドがフロントポーチとフロントヤードから聞こえます。

We had a wonderful stay at Decker Cove during our visit to Maine. The house was very comfortable, well cared for, and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for enjoying the coast, and our host's hospitality made the experience even more special. We would gladly return and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

This property was spectacular. Perfect central location to drive to Freeport and Belfast and all points in between. The house was great. It was very clean and well stocked. We would highly recommend this property for your trip.

Wonderful stay!

The home is just as represented on Vrbo. It is immaculate and well stocked, and owners are helpful and friendly. Don’t miss the Coastal Main Botanical Gardens!

Amazing experience!

Jana and Tammy’s home is by far the best rental we have ever stayed in. They literally have anything you need right on the property. The outdoor space they have created is great for anyone who loves the outdoors. From a fire pit to a fully screened in porch you are able to enjoy a morning coffee or a drink outside mosquito free! We highly recommend you staying here and will definitely be back for our yearly visit! Thanks Jana and Tammy for being the perfect hosts!

Couldn’t have improved on the holiday

Everything about our stay was easy and comfortable. Jana was in touch before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The house and property are just beautiful, and everything - from bedding to furniture to kitchen equipment - felt fresh and new. I’d whole-heartedly recommend this listing to anyone.

Jana and Tammy's property is secluded and perfect for those whose main aim is to catch up with family and friends in a beautiful place that provides all activities of the Maine mid-coast nearby. Their property is well-kept, well-managed, and full of comfortable amenities inside and out. They are responsive and kind hosts. Our adult children were their guests as part of our farther flung family reunion on Southport Island. Each cherished their ability to enjoy a stay with their siblings at such a pleasant and accommodating spot. We're so glad to have found this property and will recommend it highly to others.

Awesome Property

We absolutely loved this property. Not sure when it was built but everything apears brand new! The rooms are gorgeous, neat, and clean. There are siding glass doors with screens off the main bedroom, living room, and the other downstairs bedroom. They all lead to a lovely covered patio area. With a little rearranging, we even enjoyed a game of cornhole on the patio when it started to rain. We used the gas grill and fire pit at night. During the day you can see glimpses of the water through the trees from inside or out. We walked down to the water and an amazng local restaurant recommend by Jana and Tammy. There are so many lovely touches, like the fireplaces in most rooms and sleep number bed. Jana and Tammy are wonderful and we were welcomed with an amazing gift they left out for us! I highly recommend this property and we will definitely stay here again! Thanks you Jana and Tammy!

Beautiful house near Boothbay Harbor

Everything was done as nicely as possible. The house was lovely, all 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom, the hosts are extremely accommodating, everything you need is in the house or very close by.

Fantastic Home & Location

Excellent place to stay in Southport/Maine

Perfect spot for our family of five. Very quiet and peaceful spot to return to after experiencing the joys of summer in Maine. Easy access to the town of Boothbay but other attractions including Acadia, numerous light houses, and the coast. Definitely would recommend.

A Gem of a House

My brother, sister-in-law, my two best friends and I enjoyed a wonderful two week stay in this immaculate home. The layout of this property was perfect for comfort and privacy. We kept finding details to marvel at - from the on demand tankless water heater to the ingenious bedside reading lights. The house was extremely well supplied: walk-in vacation ready. Lovely decor and a beautifully landscaped yard made us feel we were in an HGTV paradise! Plus, plenty of parking , amazing bathrooms, and a well designed kitchen. I couldn’t have been happier with the prompt and helpful communication from the owners. Last but not least, this hime was pristinely clean. All in all, it was a delightful home. I’d love to return!

Perfect Southport Vacation Rental!!

We've been vacationing on Southport for many years, and this is our favorite spot we've stayed yet! New construction, beautifully decorated, plenty comfortable for our group of 3 adults and 2 teen/pre-teen kids, and the yard is an absolute oasis. We'll definitely seek this one out again next summer.

The Best of the Best near Boothbay Harbor

From the moment we stepped inside we knew this was a very special home. The house is located in Southport which is a quite neighborhood next to Boothbay Harbor. Tall trees surround the home which is set on a peaceful lane. Absolutely everything is top notch with great attention to detail. All appliances are the highest quality and simply a joy to use. The wonderfully comfortable king bed had adjustable softness for both sides. The master shower is luxurious as is the so comfortable soaking tub. There are plenty of TV channels to watch and the wifi is fast. This home has been lovingly built, planned and designed by the owners with great care. They even offered to come over and help us figure out the settings on the TV. They live just up the hill from the house but there is plenty of privacy. The house is near Robinsons Wharf restaurant (great fresh seafood with outdoor dining). It is only about a 5 or 10 minute drive to downtown Boothbay Harbor. We enjoyed several whale and puffin watching boat rides with Capn' Fishes boat tours (Hint: make sure you arrive there about 1 1/2 hours ahead of time to find a parking place and get a good seat on the boat). We also visited Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens several times (consider becoming a member for free entry). The classy home and the welcoming owners made this one of our most memorable vacation stays. Highly recommended!

Amazing house in peaceful, idyllic location

We stayed here for a week and loved every minute of it. The fall leaves were amazing, the house was so comfortable and quiet, with all the amenities you can imagine. The bed was amazing, the bathtub was so relaxing, and everything was perfect. Highly recommend for a luxury stay in a beautiful part of Maine just a few minutes drive from the restaurants and shops in Boothbay Harbour.

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed our stay here - the property had every amenity we could ask for and was the perfect place to relax. The kitchen was so well stocked and the grill was perfect for us to make dinners when we didn’t want to eat. The extra beach chairs and beach umbrella for guests was great. The location was a great starting point for our “adventures” around the mid-coast of Maine. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone else!

Hidden gem.. island living at its finest!

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. We absolutely loved the location. Private but close enough To everything Southport and Boothbay has to offer. The house was immaculate. You can tell the owners loved and cared for this home. Fully stocked kitchen top of the line beds and appliances washer and dryer make this place even more desirable. The owners were awesome. They know the area and Gave us pointers on great places to visit. We traveled with our two toddlers and the owners had toddler Mattresses and kids games and toys. We would definitely stay at this home again. Thank you again Tammy and Jana for letting us stay at your Beautiful home.

Comfort, Ease & Spacious

It's hard to find places in this area that offer the comfort, ease and consideration that this home in Decker Cover offers. The rooms were spacious with every detail thought of. The kitchen was full stocked and a lovely place to cook. Again, every detail was thought of. The owners could not be nicer nor more helpful and hospitable. This house is clearly cared for and loved. And there is a real perk to its newness - things like air conditioning, top-of-the-line beds and entertainment systems, great outdoor sitting and wonderful and spacious bathrooms. It's also so close to Boothbay Harbor despite being on Southport and you can easily access tree-lined walking-roads that take you to the ocean. I definitely would stay here again. It couldn't be a more wonderful and comfortable place to be. And thank you, again, to the fantastic owners!
