Lovely stay and location

Lovely house and location for our stay very close to everything. For the price I do think bedding and towels should be included though as most other rentals or hotels do, they are expensive to rent.

Perfect stay in Thalie

My eight-year-old daughter, my husband and me had a wonderful time in the holiday home, which is in a quiet location. It is only a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach.

Lovely Stay

House was exactly described. Situated on a nice quiet residential road a short walk from the beach and a short drive from the town. We were very sad to leave!

Very pleasant stay

We had a very nice stay at Françoise’s villa. The villa was spacious and very well located only a few minutes walk to the beach and the local shops. Communication with the owner was straight forward and instructions for check-in /check-out were very clear. We would come back !

Could not be happier

Francoise was a fantastic communicator so we knew just what to expect and how to be comfortable in her home and in the area. The home was charming, clean and had everything that we needed. The home is just a few minutes walk from an incredible beach. You must rent bikes so that you can enjoy the bike paths, one is easily accessible to the house. Absolute wonderful, relaxing few days. My sons were pleased with the TV and access to apps and channels so they could watch YouTube and euro cup football.

Pretty house and area

This is perfect home in a perfect area. The home is all you could ask for. A real home from home. Nicely decorated, very clean, all the facilities you would want and more. Very comfortable beds. Françoise is extremely friendly and attentive, any requests are responded to quickly. She is happy to converse in English, which was helpful as my French is basic. The house is 5 mins from Moulleau centre and the beach. Moulleau has a pretty, small centre, with just the right amount of restaurants, bars, boulangerie, patisserie and ice cream shops.The transport is regular and easy to use. This is a fantastic place and holiday home. I would highly recommend both. We are hoping to return sometime in the future and will hopefully be able to stay at this property again.

Fantastic Accommodation in Arcachon

We have just returned from a week staying at "Thalie" in Arcachon. This is the best holiday home we have ever stayed in up to now. The accommodation itself was very well maintained and superbly equipped; everything you could think of was here.Location is very good, within walking distance to the beach, several restaurants, bakery and a convenience store.Communication with the owner was fantastic. We were provided with first class documentation (over 30 pages) for everything. What to see, where to go, which restarants are recommended, how everything in the house works, down to the last detail. Amazing. Communication for any additional questions via WhatsAPP excellent with a very quick answer.Absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to stay in Arcachon. First Class and then some more; you won't be disappointed. Everything as described

Die Villa ist wirklich wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Es ist alles da was man braucht und noch mehr. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist reibungslos, sie gibt alle Infos die man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage der Villa ist perfekt, nahe zum Strand, der Fähre nach Cap Ferret und einigen sehr guten Restaurants und Bars. Wir haben uns Fahrräder gemietet, können Velotier sehr empfehlen, man kann die Fahrräder online bestellen, sie werden ins Haus geliefert und wieder abgeholt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Belle parenthèse sur le bassin d’Arcachon

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans cette charmante villa. Cette dernière est à quelques minutes du centre du Moulleau et de la plage dans une rue calme et agréable. La maison est charmante aussi bien intérieur qu’extérieur. Elle est très bien équipée et a été parfaite pour nous 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants). La communication avec Françoise était simple et efficace. Nous recommandons.

Sommerurlaub in Le Moulleau

Sehr charmante Altbauvilla im Herzen von Le Moulleau. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem sind . Strand/Restaurants und Geschäfte in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen.Sämtliche Ausstattung ist im Haus vorhanden. Durch die persönliche Gestaltung des Hauses fühlt man sich mehr zu Hause, als in einer Ferienwohnung.Völlig unproblematische Kommunikation mit der überaus engagierten, netten Vermieterin. In das Viertel Le Moulleu kann man sich verlieben. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus - ruhig und in bester Lage

Seit unserem letztem Besuch vor 2 Jahren ist ist vieles renoviert und modersiert worden - insbesondere das Badezimmer. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt. Wir haben uns auch über die kleinen Bücher mit Informationen und Spaziergängen in Le Moulleau und Umgebung gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Magnifique !

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans la maison de Françoise ! Maison très agreable, idéalement placée, au calme avec un jardin ensoleillé. A quelques minutes a pied de la tres jolie plage du Moulleau et de tous les commerces. Françoise a été extrêmement accueillante et flexible et nous a communiqué des recommandations excellentes et très completes pour passer un merveilleux sejour. Merci infiniment, nous reviendrons avec joie !

Très charmante arcachonnaise, hyper bien placée

A l’occasion d’un mariage , nous avons séjourné à Thalie , à 2 pas de l’église du Moulleau, du centre et des plages , très jolie maison typique, lumineuse , beau jardin , grandes chambres, et parfaitement décorée, literie impeccable , et tout le confort souhaité au niveau de la cuisine ou du salon.. allez y sans hésiter !

Wunderschöne Altbau-Ferienvilla in toller Lage

Die Altbau-Ferienvilla „Thalie“ hat viel Charme, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben hier als Familie einen tollen Sommerurlaub verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Der Kontakt mit Françoise war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Charmantes Haus in Arcachon

Alles bestens. Sehr sauberes Haus mit Charme. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche - lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ruhige Lage, Laufdistanz zum Meer, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Fahrrad schnell in Arcachon. Fahrradmitnahme sehr zu empfehlen.

Urlaub am Meer mit Flair

Wir sind zum zweiten Mal im Thalie und waren wieder restlos begeistert. Das Haus und das Bassin d’Arcachon bieten alles was nötig ist, um einen sorglosen entspannten Urlaub am Meer zu verbringen. Die Vermieterin Francoise ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Im Haus liegen umfangreiche Informationen über die vielen Freizeit- und Restaurantangebote in der näherem und ferneren Umgebung bereit. Kurz gesagt: Wir würden am liebsten sofort wieder hinfahren.
