Perfect rental in PCB.

Perfect location, clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. I highly recommend this unit for a stay in Panama City Beach. Kevin provided prompt and helpful answers to all of my inquires. This will be my first choice for future stays in the area.

Great Vacation

My family had a wonderful vacation in this unit and Edgewater in general. The condo was very clean and the view was amazing. I loved the amenities provided throughout the resort.

Great condo in a great location

Everything was as described in the posting. Condo was very clean and stocked with all needed kitchen utensils which is a huge plus. Our family had a great stay!

Amazing Condo!

This place was AMAZINGGGG! The overall location was most definitely a 100/10!! Hands down!👏🏼 It was very spacious even with 3 small children! Our view was absolutely stunning! It honestly couldn’t get any better if you ask me! We will definitely be booking this condo again & again & again!!

The view was amazing and you are truly just steps from the beach. We had our 8 month old which made being in close proximity convenient for us. The space was also ultra clean. They also have beach chairs and toys for kiddos. Host Kevin was a great communicator and we look forward to going back in the future! Book this one, you wont regret it.

This condo was by far, the cleanest and well kept unit I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The hosts did an amazing job of decorating and maintaining the unit. There were small touches that made the unit feel like a home away from home. The beach and pier views were spectacular as well. Communication from the hosts was fantastic. A detailed email with keypad info, parking and other necessary details was sent before my arrival and there was an excellent sheet on using the Roku!!! I hope I get the opportunity to stay in this condo again.

Cozy Condo

The location of this unit is just steps from the parking lot, pool, and beach but still has impressive first floor views. It is beautifully yet comfortably decorated and furnished with special features like bedside tables with charging stations and sea-themed knobs on closet and cabinet doors. Kitchen and baths appear to have been remodeled recently and condo was extremely clean. Includes lots of extras like jigsaw puzzles for a rainy day and supplies for the beach. Owner was also great to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Family vaca

We love going to Panama City Beach and this condo was perfect for our little family. It's on the first floor close to the stairs and elevator which made loading/unloading a breeze. It's also right by the beach access which we loved. Edgewater beach resort is really big, but this unit is beachfront in a smaller complex. The area right on the beach was also less crowded which was really nice!! The bigger complexes were definitely more crowded. I liked that we were able to go to any pool at the resort (even though we spent most of our time at the beach). We loved that there were 2 bathrooms and a pull out sleeper chair and sofa and a refrigerator with an ice maker. They also have a closet full of beach necessities. There's a washer and dryer in the unit which was very convenient. We loved the private parking lot and never had issues with finding a spot at the Leeward building. We would definitely visit again :)

2022 Kinley vacation at Panama City Beach.

Thank you Kevin the condo was great. I loved taking the stairs instead of the elevator. From the room to the whote sand is only around 35 steps taking the stairs. The condo is on the first floor with great views. You can see the beach and water while you stand on the kitchen. Great chairs on the balcony. Comfortable bed. Two bathrooms. One has a walk in shower. Parking is great usually you can park on the first or second row just about 20 steps to the elevator or steps. It is located in the middle of the building right at elevator and steps. You can put your garbage down a shoot right at the stairs.private parking was great. Most big resorts in the area you have to park across the street. Property has a restaurant and room service. Beautiful pools. Having a washer and dryer was great. The beach is less crowded in front of the Leeward building. It is more crowded in front of Towers 1-3. I researched for a long time before reserving this condo and I wasnt disappointed. I have already reserved again for next year.

What a great experience in PCB at this location. Check in process was very easy. Perfect location to the quiet pool, easy access to the larger pool and beach. We loved it.

Perfect stay!

Great communication with owner! Perfect for a me, my husband, our teen and a friend. Clean, with a beautiful view. 1st floor so we used the stairs to get to and from the beach access. Close (walkable) to many shops and food places. Would recommend 100% and will be booking again!

Had a great time! Super view, super clean, close and easy access to beach and pool, parking just behind condo so it was really convenient! Bed and pull out sofa bed were both very comfortable! Loved everything about it and cant wait to come again!

Small condo

Owner is very attentive and is especially helpful, and the condo is convenient since it is on first floor. Our weather was fabulous, but there was an issue with the gates leading to the beach-codes did not work for several days and the internet was down for a few days as well. Otherwise, a condo in Leeward is a good choice.
