海とカナイユ岬を見下ろすヴィラは、「スーパーカシス」の人気エリアの行き止まりの端に現代的なラインがあります。
空室とリラクゼーションの精神を保ちながら、ヴィラは各レベルで非常に快適で実用的なリビングスペースを提供します。
いくつかの石段を通過した後、別荘と海が明らかになります。
最初のレベルでは、リビングルームと、木製テラスとスイミングプールを見下ろす設備の整ったキッチンを開発します。 エアコン完備のベッドルームとバスルームがこのレベルを完了します。
下の階には、庭に直接アクセスできるエアコン完備の2つのベッドルームがあります。

Perfect escape

We waited for a long time to return to Cassis and this was the perfect place to call home during our stay. Warmly welcomed even though we were early. The terrace view was breathtaking and a perfect place for our dinner every evening- and the pool refreshing! We will definitely plan a return visit here someday. Thank you the hospitality!

Photos do not do it justice!

Our stay in Cassis was simply amazing. Laurent has done an amazing job at creating a homey, yet luxurious, experience on this splendid hillside in Cassis. The views are wonderful, the pool refreshing and the decor a definite plus. Our stay was flawless and Laurent was extremely flexible in accommodating our arrival and departure. We have traveled a lot and stayed in some of the most amazing hotels in the world, but sharing Laurent's nice pied a terre in Cassis rivaled some of the best. Highly recommended

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property and would have extended if we could!The house layout and size was perfect for our four person family; we loved the pool as well as the multitude of places both in and out of the sun on the terraces where we could relax, eat, and enjoy the fabulous views.The area was quiet and felt secluded even in the height of summer tourism in Cassis. We found ourselves spending most of our time at the house rather than exploring simply because it was so pleasant there.The owner uses a concierge service, Concierge First, which was great! We had a very late check-in (past midnight) due to travel, but Sasha our concierge met us with a smile and helped get us settled. She was friendly, attentive, and absolutely helped make our vacation one of the best. Thank youWe will definitely be coming back.

Relaxing villa with pool and views

The villa has lots of useful outdoor space and a pool with plenty of relaxing seating and loungers. The interior is stylish although storage space is restricted. The only weaknesses are the lack of a second bathroom/wc and the very narrow spiral staircase to the 2 bedrooms downstairs although there are external steps down. The villa is sited in a gated community but your car remains on the private road outside and it is quite a steep 20 minute hike down/back up to the town and harbour. The listing apears to suggest that bed linen and towels are an optional extra but they are included.

reposant et charmant

dans un quartier ( super cassis ) sécuriser par un portail , la villa est très jolie , très bien décorer ; la piscine est très agréable ainsi que la vue sur la mer et le cap canaille ; le coin est très calme et reposant ; nous avons passé un super séjour ; laurent est a l'écoute et saura vous conseillé sur vos envies de balades ou de resto

Excellente adresse pour une famille de 4 personnes

La maison dispose d’une vue magnifique sur le cap Canaille. Elle est fonctionnelle et agréable. A éviter pour ceux qui aiment faire la fête car le voisinage ne tolère aucun bruit même si un peu de bruits lors des baignades dans la piscine. La propriétaire Michèle est très réactive et fait en sorte que tout se passe bien .
