Excellent property!

This property is beautiful, clean, and decorated nicely! Having the golf cart and bikes was an added bonus! Randell (property owner) was the best! He checked in to make sure everything was ok and was very responsive!

Great place, has everything you need for an excellent stay. Pool is just steps away. Golf cart with enough size to put all your beach chairs/umbrellas on it is clutch for beach visits, as it wouldn't be a fun walk without it. Zero issues. You won't want to leave.

Great Spring Break Vacation

Excellent property for our Spring Break vacation. The unit is well appointed, and perfectly located. Owners have thought of everything from kitchen essentials, to available beach chairs and accessories. Cleanliness of the unit is impeccable. Location is also excellent, as it is directly across from The Big Chill and very close to Deer Lake State Park beach access. The entire Prominence Community and Big Chill area are extremely nice and family oriented. Also loved that this is a corner unit directly across from the heated pool. Loved our stay and would return.

Perfectly Appointed on 30A

The place was beautiful and spotless. A masterclass in how to furnish and stock a vacation rental. Golf cart (LSV - low speed vehicle) was fun to use and had plenty of charge left after two round trips to Rosemary Beach. Included bikes were great. All the beach toys you could need. Fun to walk over and watch March Madness at the Big Chill. Pool was huge and heated enough. Nice area with plenty of vacationing families, 10/10

Great stay!

Property had everything we needed. It was nice to have beach chairs, etc at the property and not have to bring with you. Owner quickly addressed any questions I had. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice condo with updated furnishings and appliances.

Great Stay

We have stayed in Prominence a few times and Whale Tales is one of the best places we have stayed. It is super clean and has easy access to everything. The owner, Mr. Cherry, is super nice and quick to reply to any questions you may have. We are saving Whale Tales in our favorites list and hopefully we can stay here again next time we are on 30A!

Family trip

This is a beautiful property and we really enjoyed our time here. The property is in a great location and having the golf cart was wonderful, along with the bikes and chairs that we were able to use. It was just as pictured. We will definitely be back!!

Whale Tail

My family enjoyed our stay. This location was ideal for a family, in my opinion. This was our first time along 30A and we would stay here again. We drove down 30A to see the other locations. We came to the conclusion that this was the ideal location for family with easy beach access, pool, and food/entertainment. James was punctual in answering any of our questions.

Wonderful getaway

Check in was easy, property was beautiful and just as described. Loved having the bikes and golf cart! Made getting around so fun. We could walk to The Big Chill as the neighborhood is directly across the street. Rosemary was a quick drive as was Seaside. Beaches were easily assessable by golf cart. The home was beautifully decorated and the three of us loved the space. Had everything we wanted for a get away with my two young adult girls. Thank you and we hope to visit again!.

Beach house

Nice condo. The road to Seaside was closed due to construction, but still a nice location. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Thx for a nice visit.

Spring break

Good location, very nicely decorated, very clean, great proximity to pool. The only down side is no direct beach access, but we were able to use the provided golf cart to access the state park beach about a mile away. Proximity to the Big Chill across the street was also a great feature. Overall great place!

Getaway for 2

We had a small issue upon arrival with the code but it was corrected in minutes. It is a very nice unit with great access to the pool, restaurants and shops. So nice to have a golf cart and lots of beach amenities. The beaches are further than expected but we were able to get there quickly on the golf cart. Great stay for us.

Surpassed Expectations

We loved staying here- everything was so fresh, clean and comfortable. They included so many of the basics like dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, Aveda bath products and so many other thoughtful touches, which made it so nice for us not to have to buy another thing to make our stay comfortable. We loved being so close to the pool and were so glad to have access to floats and sand toys for our beach days. This is one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in and would definitely stay again. My only small complaint was the master bedroom has windows above the bed, and so the room gets pretty bright early in the morning. It wasn’t a huge deal and may not bother others, but I like the option of a darker room so I can sleep in a bit. Bring an eye mask if that’s you, or you can stay in the other bedroom which stays darker. Overall though I can’t say enough good things and we were sad to leave.

Springbreak April 1-8 2023

I cannot say enough good things about this unit. My wife and I, our 17 yr old daughter and 3 of her friends stayed 7 nights. We selected this unit for several reasons: 1) Location directly across from the Hub. The hub offers fun daily activities, food and nightlife. Literally 100 yards away! 2) Golf Cart - owner provides 6 seater. It is road ready with lights and tag. 3) Bikes & beach gear. Most places boast they provide "all you need"....this one actual does it. Owner has thought of everything! 4) Pool - super nice! We were concerned about beach access like everyone else staying on 30A. We found super easy access by driving the golf cart less than a half mile to Deer Park State Park. Entrance fee is $3 cash and a very easy-beautiful walk to the beach. Note, parking is limited to 50 cars so arrive before 11am and there will be no problems. We got a space every day. The beach is like stepping back in time before the huge crowds. Because they limit access, your neighbor on the beach will be 10 to 15 yards away. The white sand and water is pristine! The unit has everything you need: kitchen, laundry, towels etc. The onwer was Mr. Communication. He contacting me day one to check on us and ask if there was anything we needed. He provided the Hub's activity schedule and restaurant suggestions. He is very pleasant and refreshing to deal with. I hate to write such a good review, as I want to keep this unit a secret! :)

Perfect stay

The perfect place for visiting 30A! Close access to the Public beach, the hub and many restaurants. They have everything you need for the beach from the golf cart to the canopy and chairs and even beach toys for kids. Having the golf cart was a game changer. Also, stocked with all the supplies to cook and meals at home if needed. We loved every minute. Host communicated very well. Will definitely be back!
