For sure the outside pool area and the view of the mountains was the gem of the whole experience. We grilled out doors they supplied the necessity to do so. Loved being outside it was so tranquil.

The pool and hot tub were clean and where we spent the majority of our time. Comfortable beds and great communication with the owner. Will stay here again.

Not only was it super comfy, but there were thoughtful little hidden surprises, from charcoal for the grill and s'mores for the fire, flavored creamers for coffee and snacks for the kids. The accommodations were great too; clean, sparkling pool, clean hot tub, toasty sauna. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful getaway, so close to so many fun things.

Cute home near the town center

We spent a weekend here and had the best time! We enjoyed the hot tub/patio daily. We loved how close it is to the town center as it was super convenient to go to restaurants, shops, or the grocery store. Everything was clean and would highly recommend it!

Cousins Weekend

First time in Fredericksburg and the property was perfect for our group. Enjoyed the hottub after a day of wine tasting. Loved that in one of the rooms you could enjoy the sunrise from bed!

Nice get away to the Hill Country

Spent Mother's Day weekend at this property. Nice location. Nice to be away from the business of downtown Fredreicksburg, but be close enough to run into town quickly. Property is quiet. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful time!

Was perfect for a get-away from the city. We roasted marshmallows over the fire pit & spent the day lounging by the pool. The property was also close to Fredericksburg proper, so we popped into town for some delicious German food. Would highly recommended for a romatic trip or a fun group trip.

The perfect getaway

Took our family of five for a week in Texas and wanted a comfortable, out of the way, quiet place to stretch out and relax. We found the perfect spot with this house and ranch. Everything we needed and more were available and a short drive took us to a great Texas town of Fredericksburg. We loved it, even our picky teenagers. We'd love to stay here again.

House worked well for my family. Had a real “in the country” feel, but just a few minutes from Main Street. Maria was great to work with.
